Feedback analysis Customer feedback is of prime importance when determining a customer's needs and tastes, particularly when a business introduces new products. Customer feedback allows companies to better understand how customers rate and use their products versus competitive products. It is vital in determining where a company's products and services excel or fall short compared to alternatives on the market. 1. This chart is used to know how many vendors prefer our service and how many prefer different alternatives in the market. The results showed that 42% of the paid vendors preferred Big Indian Wedding service whereas 31% of the paid vendors preferred services from other wedding planning portals. Hence the company can target these vendors who are not satisfied with the present service level. 2. This chart shows the rating (out of 5) given by different paid vendors to Big Indian wedding. The results showed that 47% of the paid vendors gave a rating of more than 3 to company’s website. 53% of the vendors gave a rating of lesser than 3 to the website. This shows that the company is lagging in the giving very good quality services to the vendors. So there is a scope of improvement. 1. This chart is used to know how many vendors prefer our service and how many prefer different alternatives in the market. The results showed that 42% of the paid vendors preferred Big Indian Wedding service whereas 31% of the paid vendors preferred services from other wedding planning portals. Hence the company can target these vendors who are not satisfied with the present service level.

2. This chart shows the rating (out of 5) given by different paid vendors to Big Indian wedding. The results showed that 47% of the paid vendors gave a rating of more than 3 to companys website. 53% of the vendors gave a rating of lesser than 3 to the website. This shows that the company is lagging in the giving very good quality services to the vendors. So there is a scope of improvement.

The major reasons of the low rating are:- Number of leads coming to them are quite less Leads which come to them are not appropriate. Some of the major reasons are the contact numbers are wrong, switched off or not available When they call a lead, they say that they have already finalized another vendor The leads which they get sometimes bargain so much (their budget is very less). Ex- The starting price of a photographer is Rs 50000 and the lead has a budget of only Rs 10000. So that lead doesnt get converted. The conversion rate is very less (hardly 10% of the leads which come to them gets converted) The query mail is sent to the vendors after 4-5 days. So when they call the customer, they have already finalized another vendor till then Whenever a vendor has to upload a photo in his/her profile, it takes 5-6 days for it to upload in their profile
