This question allows me to see which social networking sites are poplar with my target audience. Therefore this means I can use different social media sites to connect with the

target audience on the sites that are most popular, which are evidently Twitter and Facebook. Therefore I am made aware of the different social networking sites that I could

advertise my movie on that would attract the widest range of people from my target audience.

This question helped me with the decisions for my film trailer and the casting decisions that I have to make before the filming process. From the results I am able to see that

just over 50% decided that they would want the male protagonist to be in the age range of 19-21. This means that in order to listen to my target audiences opinions, I will make sure that when casting my actors for my trailer and in specific the protagonist, I

will cast a 19-21 year old boy.

This question allows me to cut down my four options of possible fonts that I could use for the movie title which would be on the poster, magazine cover and in the trailer. From my results I am able to see that font B got 0, meaning I will not being using this font for the title of the trailer, however C and D were the higest scoring with about 37% each. Font A was voted for by 25% of the target audience. However I will now be able to choose between the two top scoring fonts C and D when choosing my font. This has allowed me to find out what my target audience find enticing and clear for a title, meaning that they are more likely to spot the font out if on a billboard or on public transport.

This question helps me when choosing which genre of magazine I would put my film magazine cover on. The results show me that about 75% of the target audience answered

that the magazine they were most likely to read would be celebrity. Fashion magazines was the only other magazine genre that was considered by the target audience with a total of

25% of the votes. Therefore when I make my final magazine cover I will choose to place it on a celebrity genre magazine which should consequently result in more of target audience

being made aware of the film as they read celebrity magazines.

This question allows me to focus on the mise-en-scene of my thriller film trailer and the climactic point in which me and my group can decide for the trailer. Car chase and shoot outs scored an equal number of votes with 25% of the target audience answering, the

lowest score was 12% with cliffhangers. However the highest scoring answer with 38% was plot twists which means I am more likely to make plot twists the climactic point of the

trailer.

This question allows me to decide the main location where the trailer for the thriller movie could be filmed. The results show that the countryside and house did not score any votes

however the next highest answer was “Various different locations” which scored 13%/ However the second highest was woods with 25% and the highest scoring and the most

popular location that my target audience answered was “city” with 62% . Therefore when choosing the main location for my filming to take place in, I will put across the idea of the

city location to the other members in my group in order to reach out as much as possible to my target audience which is the main aim of my advertising products.
