Conveniently located in the American Association of Neurological Surgeons Learning Center, Surgical Suites offer REAL PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS from surgeons who have experience with the systems. Participants observe how these systems work and ask questions during the demonstration on a CADAVER SPECIMEN.

Evening sessions are available for attendees to INTERACT with and EXPERIENCE your device and/or equipment during a hands-on workshop.

2-Hour Product DemonstrationShow 15-30 surgeons how to use your latest product or new technology in surgery by demonstrating its use on a cadaver specimen. Your expert can present an overview of the system to all participants before beginning the demonstration.

3-Hour Evening SessionWhether your company is expanding an existing product or launching a new system, the best way to spread the word is to sponsor a hands-on workshop for 16-20 surgeons and offer a real OR experience with your device and/or technology.

Each workstation will have a surgeon instructor at the table to answer questions from the other surgeons participating in the lab and lead them through the instrument tray.

Surgical Suite Fees2-Hour Demo Session:$8,000 for a single workstation with standard C-arm. Additional fees for one specimen, CAT scan and any additional equipment.

$2,000 for any additional workstations, plus standard C-arm and specimen costs.

3-Hour Evening Session:$14,000 for lab space, 4 workstations and 2 standard C-arms. Additional cost for more standard C-arms, 4 specimens and any additional equipment.

Surgical Suite fees are non-refundable. Payment must be sent in full to the AANS at the time the application is submitted.

ViolationsTo protect the integrity and quality of Surgical Suitesprogramming, as well as ensure a successful outcome for all parties involved, the AANS requires each applicant to agree that they, their employees and speaker(s) will observe all applicable AANS guidelines identified in this agreement. The AANS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to revoke privileges for future meetings for any program organizer that does not comply with these guidelines and/or the additional Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.

Promotional OpportunitiesPre-registration Meeting Attendee Mailing ListThe Surgical Suite fee includes one complimentary pre-registered meeting attendee mailing list for one-time use. The AANS cannot guarantee the mailing list prior to March 29, 2022, as many attendees will wait until the advanced registration deadline to register.

All invitations or solicitations to attend must receive AANS approval prior to production, distribution or posting. All materials must contain the following statement: “This event is neither sponsored nor endorsed by the AANS.” Once approved, any proposed revisions must be submitted to the AANS. If you are marketing the Surgical Suite on your website, include the website address with the marketing materials.

Invitations and announcements addressed to attendees should clearly indicate the name(s) of the organization(s) funding the program. Promotional materials of any kind may not use the 2022 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting artwork or the AANS logo. These rules apply to materials developed for use before, during and after the conference, including signage. Please do not finalize any

materials before they have been approved by the AANS. Allow three business days for approval of submitted samples.

Additional costs incurred for production or postage of invitations is the responsibility of the organizer.

Complimentary Web, App and Quick Planner PostingsThe AANS lists Surgical Suites on the meeting website and in the Quick Planner. Only completed and approved applications submitted with full payment by Tuesday, February 1, 2022, will be included in the 2022 AANS meeting app under "Industry Seminars" section.

SignageOne sign at the entrance of the Surgical Suite is provided. The AANS will remove additional signs without notice. Signs may also be placed within the exhibit space assigned to the organizer. Signs may not be placed inside or around the Philadelphia Convention Center or other meeting venue. All sign placement is at the discretion of the AANS.
