The discovery of water revitalization by Johann Grander more than 30 years ago has now gone global. Original GRANDER® water revitalization enhances the very special natural characteristics and strengths of water. Water that has been treated in this way is distinguished by its greater microbiological stability and resilience, more refined taste and by the way it leaves the skin feeling great.

The particular strength of GRANDER® water revitaliza-tion lies in stabilizing the microbiology so that chemi-cal/cleaning agent use is reduced, odour emissions, sludge build-up, microbial contamination and algae formation are lessened, biofilm formation is curbed and corrosiveness and deposition decrease.

The humid climate around the lake Neusiedlersee is perfect for the pro-duction of noble sweet wines (Botrytis) in all styles from Auslese to TBA. His wines are very pure and elegant.

Markus Huber focusses on the production of Austrias most famouse white wines, Gruener Veltliner and Ries-ling. Special for his region is the soil. His vineyards are based on the last foothills of the alps (red limestone)

Franz Leth produces wines on the monumental loess (pressed sand with high limestone) terraces in Wagram along the danube. Besides Grüner Veltiner, Riesling or Austria‘s most popular red grape Zeigelt, Franz also pro-duces wine from local grape Roter Veltliner. These wines have more body and are slightly sweeter in aromas.

Michael Malat produces everything from Sekt (traditi-onal methode) to white wine and a wide range of local and iternational reds. Even though he produces same amount white and red wines, the Kremstal DAC region is really popular for Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Michael also makes a special blend for Asia, called Redpoint.

Gerhard Markowitsch is Austria‘s master of Pinot Noir. The cool winds in the Carnuntum region are perfect for elegance. Located in the Rosalia region of Burgenland the JbN winery is managed by Franz Jägersberger and pro-duces “wines from raisined grapes”. These wines position themselves as individual and innovative niche products between Amarone and port; a market seg-ment previously regarded as unoccupied worldwide, particularly from the point of view of quality.

The wines are produced in the Rosalia region and marketed under the “Rosolo” and “Rosalito” brand names which are registered throughout the EU. In ad-dition to winning top national awards the wines have garnered enthusiastic praise from numerous national and international wine competition juries from Berlin to Hong Kong.

The Kracher Weinlaubenhof is situated in Seewinkel am Neusiedlersee. Here the sandy gravel soil and the humid microclimate create ideal conditions for complex Beerenauslese and Trockenbeerenauslese wines. The growths of Gerhard Kracher, who took over the management of the estate in 2007 following the death of his father, Alois, are among the most sought after sweet wines worldwide.

Mainly white wines are grown on the 32.5 ha estate and they are matured in two different styles: ‘Zwischen den Seen (between the Lakes) - large wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks producing, giving a clear primary aroma) and Nouvelle Vague (new wave) - barrique, giving complexity and spicy aromas. A Spätlese and a small quantity of dry white and red wines supplement the program.
