Supremas fingerprint matching and extracting algorithms ranked top in the Minutiae Interoperability Exchange

(MINEX) test by the NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology). The NIST test results, released on

November 3, 2008, revealed that Supremas matcher algorithm showed a 0.23% false rate, outperforming all 21

Matcher algorithms from 17 vendors. Also, the companys Extractor algorithm recorded a 0.30% false rate,

topping all 23 algorithms from 20 vendors.
