• Students will – identify with the system of representation– recognise the worth of student involvement
• Faculty representatives will– understand their role– attend, participate and shift the focus of discussion– be able to identify that they are part of a larger system– feel that their contributions are recognised and
worthwhile– be well supported and properly recognised
