The Plan
To develop a five day training module as a future offer
To deliver a three day pilot course in Belgium
Training Module of Inclusive Practices 3 day pilot - Brussels
Purpose: To support professionals with practical strategies in order to work effectively with learners with special needs in inclusive education environments.
• Day 1: Explore theories of inclusion, apply these in context and reflect on values and practice.
• Day 2: Explore education culture, assistive technology, challenging behaviour and team support.
• Day 3: Create your own resource and improvement plan.
Objectives: to teach;

Belgium recruited teachers, sourced venue, provided interpretation and delivered a workshop.
Pre delivery
Baseline self assessment questionnaire for all participants.
To understand the needs of each participant and their aspiration for improvement.
To shape the delivery in order to
meet differing needs.

In small groups develop and present a useful resource
• Create a presentation to staff or students

Create a case study of how to assist a particular student
Create a lesson plan on how to integrate elements of learning
