November 2014 Dear Friends of the Foundation, Another year has passed and here I am writing to you again to ask for your support of the St. Paul School Educational Foundation. I don’t know about you, but the years seem to go by faster and faster. What makes all this quick passing of time okay is that each year the Foundation seems to grow a little and therefore we are able to help more students and their families with the cost of obtaining a Catholic education. I guess what amazes me is that even with all our effort we never seem to have enough funds to pay for all the requests we receive for financial aid. We help as many students as we can. Yes, continued support of the Foundation is needed so that we can give as many students and their families financial help in order to attend St. Paul Catholic School. I also want to remind you that each year we have a memorial mass during which we pray for all those persons in whose name a memorial has been given to the Foundation. This Mass takes place at the beginning of Catholic School Week which starts on the last Sunday in January. We also pray for all the many generous donors to the Foundation. Educational Foundation. This year 27 families and 46 students were greatly helped by your support,

many who would NOT be able to attend our Catholic Parochial (not private) School. I hope you feel a

true sense of joy and pride in being a part of the mission of our school and in knowing you are helping to

make it possible that these children may benefit, grow, and have their lives changed in such positive

ways, all of them “Faith-Based”. We are all about education and feel our school is second to none, but

education. St. Paul provides all of that—and more.

As families talk about St. Paul, they talk about the spirit of family. Through the efforts of

the foundation, that spirit is available for all families. Each year the St. Paul Educational

Foundation provides many families with tuition assistance so their children can attend St.

Paul. We are so grateful for the efforts of the Foundation as they provide a Catholic educa-

tion for many students who may not be able to afford one, and in turn, help keep St. Paul a

vital part of the Community of Highland.
