Job Coach - Workplace Support

• On-the-job training can be provided to help ease you into your new role.

• The support of the Job Coach can be kept in the background.

IASE - Job Shadow Initiative

• Almost 300 Public and Private sector companies throughout Ireland take part each year.

• Shadow someone working in your chosen career for a day, whatever that might be!

• Takes place in April each year
