THE SUPPLY CHAIN ORGANIZATION

We have recently enhanced our supply chain organization to meet the increasing complexity driven by the development of our product portfolio, with many new fixed dose combinations and new flows and supplies. Supply chain operations are integrated into our business across geographical locations and personnel required for forecasting, packaging and distribution.

Six departments provide enhanced Supply Chain Operations support.

As a partner of Servier CDMO, you will be part of our global supply chain organization.

1 The Demand department provides forecast management support to our manufacturing sites and clients and ensures consistency of processes.

2 The Planning department ensures adequate capacity within the supply chain to meet the demand of service targets, stock and cost, as well as defining and implementing stock policy.

3 The Performance department establishes a culture of sustainable performance within the supply chain using operational performance tools.

4 The Distribution and Quality Assurance department is tasked to pilot and optimize local distribution structures and deploy the platform network. It also coordinates distribution activities with regard to pharmaceutical compliance.

5 The Engineering Supply Chain Management and Projects department defines and implements new flows (product, information and financial) associated with the development of partnerships and new products to pilot the supply chain project portfolio and to assist the teams in the use of logistics IT systems.

6 The Products and Partnerships department represents supply chain interest in development projects in order to capture and evaluate initiatives of new products and partnerships.
