`Supply Chain Disruptions’ brings to mind man-made and natural disasters of massive scales,

but in reality these events are only the tip of the reality. Supply chain disasters come in various

forms and most often the most destruction brewed within the organization itself!

The biggest security risk to the supply chain is not a major event - most often than not it’s the

lack of clear strategy and process to effectively manage and mitigate disruptions from inside-out.

While there are no silver bullets that ensure success, a process that is co-designed from the

beginning will ensure seamless and fluid supply chain movement; with a high degree of planning,

employee engagement and assessment throughout the organization, a stable supply chain

movement can be achieved.

Designed to tackle challenges unique to organization operating in the Asian region, this content

rich conference aims to provide organizations with critical insights to improve the odds of

effective Supply Chain Security Management by covering some of the most overlooked areas of

concern across the supply chain pipeline.

The SCS Asia 2016 is the signature congregation of Asian Supply Chain professionals

gathering to an invoking agenda promising to deliver a unique amalgamation of strategic industry

relevant presentations with thought-provoking debates at panel sessions and the obvious

networking of these executives, academics, influencers and decision makers.

This conference is targeted to Chief Security Officers, Head of Departments, Managers, Specialists, Executives, Inspectors and Supervisors from manufacturer, distributor, 3 P L , I n s u r a n c e o r s u p p l i e r b a s e d organizations; who are responsible for the security of whether in-transit or storage, especially those involved in:

TARGET AUDIENCE

A typhoon knocks out production in Taiwan. A bridge

collapse cuts the heartland in two and a major East Coast

blackout reminds us that even our basic services must not be

taken for granted.

Terrorism and disaster may be unavoidable, but should the consequences on the supply

chain be unavoidable as well?

The answer depends on the level of preparedness within your

organization to mitigate both in-ternal and external risks

associated to Supply Chain.
