About the course Whether you are the CEO of an expanding corporation or the owner of a fledgling enterprise, its fortunes are subject to an undeniable truth. The success of your business links inextricably to the performance of your supply chain. If you want business success (and who doesn’t?), you have to make your supply chain successful too.

This workshop will help you understand the characteristic elements of integrated business logistics and the role and application of logistics principles to supply/demand/value chain management.

You will learn about the basic activities associated with logistics and supply chain management.

Why this course is for you This course is highly practical and participants will walk away with a draft supply chain map for their business and the options for measuring the success and any gaps in the supply chain.

Course overview In this full-day interactive workshop you will cover relevant content and take part in hands-on activities including:

• Introduction to Logistics and Supply Chain Management (including the language and key concepts of supply chain structure, upstream and downstream supply chain management)

• Workshop – participants work in groups to discuss, map and present the structure of their supply chain

• Supply Chain Performance Measure

• Workshop - participants create, present and discuss their supply chain performance
