PGT (HISTORY) FEMALE, POST CODE-113/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/17 dated 20/12/2017 had advertised total 113[UR-55, OBC-29, SC-19, ST-10 including 03 PH) vacancies for the post of PGT (History)Female, Post Code-113/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as 31012018Tier-I computer based online examination was conducted on 27/07/2018.

2. On the basis of online examination of Tier-1 held on 27/07/2018 and having been foundprovisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etcin accordance with advertisement No.04/17 and RRs for the post of PGT (History) Female,Post Code-113/17 in Directorate of Education, 104 (UR-54, OBC-23, SC-18, ST-09 includingOH-02) candidates were provisionally nominated for the post of PGT (History) Female, PostCode-113/17 vide Result Notice No. 356 dated 26.02.2019 and the candidature of 04candidates (OBC-02, SC-01, ST -01) were kept pending for want of deficient documents Iclarification and their documents were recalled w.e.f. 28.02.2019 to 06.03.2020 and 04candidates under OBC category were kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) statusfrom the revenue Department. Further, out of 04 pending candidates, 02 candidates (OBC-01,ST-01) have uploaded the deficient documents in the e-dossier and provisionally nominatedvide Supplementary Result Notice No. 469 dated 25.06.2019. The candidature of 02candidates were again kept pending for want of deficient documents in the e-dossier and theire-dossier were recalled w.e.f. 28.06.2019 to 04.07.2019. Now, 04 OBC candidates who werekept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status are being nominated for thoroughverification regarding their OBC (Delhi) status at the level of the user department i.e. Directorateof Education.

Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 356 dated 26.02.2019 &Supplementary Result Notice No. 469 dated 25.06.2019, the candidates, as detailed below, arealso provisionally selected on the basis of online examination of Tier-1 held on 27.07.2018 andhaving been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educationalqualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement No 04/2017 and RRs for the post ofPGT (History) Female, Post Code-113/17 in Directorate of Education.

4. The selection of the above 04 candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of thedocuments on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditionsas prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications andsubject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs,signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidatureof the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the User Department also, in casethe candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms & conditions of the advertisementinviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Departmentconcerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after being satisfied abouttheir eligibility as down in the recruitment rules and after verification of the correctnessof the information furnished in the application form and the documents related toEducational Qualification, Age and other essential certificates.

The user department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit, if any.Further, if applicable, the User Department i.e. Directorate of Education shall verify thegenuineness of the Caste Certificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offerof appointment to the candidates. The Competent Authority of the user department shallarrange to verify the correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents. User Department is requested to ascertain thescrutiny /correctness of the same at their own level before issuing the offer ofappointment to the provisionally selected candidates. Further, the appointing authorityshall verify and satisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates ande'ssential qualification for the post before finally appointing the candidate. The UserDepartment is also requested to rectify/correct, in case, any minor/clericalerror/deficiency noticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

It is stated that the User Department shall verify the genuineness of the castecertificate furnished by the candidate in the light of Notification No. 36012/22-93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08/09/1993 issued by DOPT and other instructions/guidelines issued fromtime to time by the Competent Authority prior to issuance of offer of appointment to thecandidate. It is further stated that, prior to appointment, the User Department mustsatisfy, itself, that the above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria as prescribedfor entitlement of OBC (Delhi) certificate as specified in variousOrders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017 issued by RevenueDepartment, GNCTD after thorough verification of caste certificate.

7. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExSM/etc, certificates verifiedfrom the Issuing authority, Further, if applicable, User Department shall also verify thegenuineness of the caste certificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offer ofappointment to the candidates, In case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that thecandidate does not belong to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DoPT O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated09.03.2004 and 14.10.2008, O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) d?/te 27.05.2013 &13.p9.2017.

8. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointmentletters to the candidates after being satisfied about his eligibility as laid down in the recruitmentrules and after verification of the correctness of the information/documents as furnished in theapplication form and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related to EducationalQualification, Age and other essential Certificates as per instructions issued by Govt. of India inthis regard vide MHA O.M. No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19-11-54.

9. The user department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformity withDoPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

10. The result process for the above post code stands closed in all respect except 02vacancies (OBC-01, SC-01) due to technical reasons which have been kept pending for want ofclarification / deficient document in the e-dossier as referred at SI. No. 2 & 3 of para-11 inSupplementary Result Notice No. 469 dated 25.06.2019. The candidate mentioned at SI. No.1of para- 11 in Supplementary Result Notice No. 469 dated 25.06.2019 has been kept in waitinglist under UR category.

11. A waiting panel has been prepared which will be valid for a period of one year from thedate of declaration of result i.e. upto 25/02/2020 as per earlier Result Notice No. 356 dated26/02/2019.

13. Mere inclusion of name of candidate in the result notice does not confer any right uponthe candidate over the post unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry asmay be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to thePost.

14. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves theright to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected at any stage or arising due to courtcases., if any.
