ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The folio, which is also an admission requirement, is not part of the supplemental application and should not be submitted to the Office of Graduate Education. You will be required to bring your folio with you when you are invited to an interview. You will not be eligible for an interview invitation until you have submitted this supplemental application, your transcripts, and a copy of your teaching certificate.
