Since 1987, Superior X-Ray Tube Company has been manufacturing quality x-ray tubes. We take pride inour diverse product line which is used in a wide range of applications, including, medical, dental, thicknessgauging, food inspection, bone densitometry, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and X-Ray Fluorescence
(XRF) Spectroscopy. We have a global customer base including Japan, China, Korea, Europe, Canada, andthe USA.
Superior X-Ray manufactures a wide variety of x-ray tubes with focal spots ranging from 50 microns to 2.8
mm and with operating voltages from 35kV up to 130 kV using standard tungsten target material. All of ourtubes come with a 15 month pro-rated warranty covering defects due to materials or workmanship when
used within the tubes specified operating limits.
Other target materials and custom tube designs are available in minimum order sizes of 100 pieces. Pleasecontact us to discuss custom designs.
