Malaysia and Thailand. F&N has a fully integrated and extensive

distribution system that ensures its products are distributed efficiently to all consumers, and emphasises on responsible marketing and sales practices, and takes steps to engage consumers and customers through various activities. Input from consumers and customers is used to improve its marketing practices and enhance its sustainability. Consumer feedback is a priority and a toll free careline is utilised for continuous improvement.

The Group’s enduring partnership with a strong distribution network of traditional and modern trade customers ensures a seamless flow of deliveries, stocks and inventories to its combined operations and service of over 70,000 outlets across Malaysia and more than 150,000 outlets across Thailand.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTSAs a market leader, F&NHB has been

successful in constantly finding new opportunities and formulating strategies to sustain its profitable growth. The Group continues to accelerate innovation and reinvention to create a broader portfolio of affordable, tastier and healthier products to meet the increasing demands and expectations of today’s modern and health-conscious consumers.

This includes reformulating and repackaging of many of its products such as the 100PLUS Reduced Sugar, 100PLUS Active Powder, F&N Condensed Milk in innovative squeeze tube format and stick pack formats which were introduced to commemorate the Group’s 135th anniversary, and also the F&N Magnolia Lactose Free Milk Products in Thailand.

Consumers can look forward to more healthier beverages being introduced to the market as F&NHB aims to make great strides toward offering healthier options without compromising on taste, in line with its “Pure Enjoyment, Pure Goodness” pledge.

In its approach to sustainability, the Group is looking at continuously improving the post consumption habits of its consumers by inculcating the 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink and Reinvent) behaviour amongst students. F&NHB is also working with schools across Malaysia, covering diverse age group ranging from pre-school to secondary levels, in the School Recycling Programme to help positively shape responsible citizens of the future.
