Production Schedule & Next Steps
• To be on track for January Film Deadline and Springtime Product Release dates, all partners & sponsors must be confirmed by October 15, 2013.
• Secure your partner position and Industry exclusivity with 50% deposit today. Final payment due by November 15, 2013.
• All product supply must be received by November 15, 2013 to test and allow enough time for exchanges if necessary.
• Interviews and Product Review video segments can be filmed production day or separately, depending on time and light availability. If you prefer to submit a pre-produced commercial, that is also acceptable.
• All partners involved must agree to be actively involved with securing retail distribution outlets and contracts, marketing, PR, social media and promotion.
• 2 Day Film Schedule: end of January. 1 film day with just Dashama solo instruction and 1 film day with 3 boards and 2 additional SUP Yogis demonstrating in the video. Filming to take place in Miami Beach or Key Biscayne area. DVD Completion, delivery date ship to retailers: March 2014.
