Provide leadership for campus-wide efforts in policy analysis, institutional effectiveness, and
evidence-based culture for student success. Serve to integrate all institutional research with
campus-wide planning and student timely graduation; provide strategic analysis and evidence-
based strategies for student success and Graduation Initiative 2025; and promote data-driven

analyses that further develop and improve institutional accountability indicators. Provide
leadership on enrollment projection, including FTES targets and FTEF resource allocation.
Serve as a member of Enrollment Management Steering Committee, WASC Accreditation
Steering Committee, Academic Master Plan Committee, Assessment and Educational
Effectiveness Committee, and Graduation Initiative Committee. Direct Tableau Server Project
funded by CSU Chancellor’s Office to implement a variety of dashboard promoting data-driven
decision making. Actively participate in professional conferences as well as campus-wide and
CSU system-wide meetings to discuss IR-related policy/planning and conduct in-depth studies
on graduation rates and achievement gaps.
