Complete office and data centre interoperability

Meaning that should you be denied access to your workplace, you can recover your staff to your preferred SunGard site, whilst staying connected to your production data. And the same is true if your data centre goes down; you can remain in your offices and simply link to your recovered data in our resilient data centres. If both your workplace and data centre become unavailable, we can recover both into our facilities.

Rollback to another location

Our market leading investments in dealing infrastructure provides every shared recovery position with dual TFT monitors and the latest PCs, refreshed at regular intervals and of uniform high specification across all recovery centres; providing the benefit of a single PC build that can be used across all sites in the event that you require ‘rollback’ to an alternative facility, due to a wide area disruption.

Our detailed pre-profiling technique means all dealing positions are fully configured to our customers’ precise requirements, enabling an immediate resumption of business upon invocation. So when it comes to rollback we don’t need to completely re-engineer the solution ‘on the hoof’ consuming hours of valuable trading time. We just make a final adjustment to suit the current situation and point your data and telephony to wherever it’s needed. And we can do all this without disrupting other customers in the process of recovering their private branch exchange (PBX).
