And it's quick! Moreover we have a fleet of vehicles designed for enterprises and SME's alike. And as the trend towards dedicated services increases SunGard has extended this model to our mobile units for both business and Government. When you make that all important call to invoke SunGard, we will respond to your call within 30 minutes and then prepare to deploy the services you need. This is an industry leading standard and is achieved by managing our risks, having sufficient people to deliver the service and employing robust business processes that track our IT assets.Rapid deploymentSunGard pioneered the use of flight cases to increase the speed of delivery. Each case contains 18 PCs. They will fit through a standard door and into most lifts. All equipment is stored in secure vehicles ready for immediate dispatch. All SunGard's mobile recovery assets are strategically located at the geographical centre of the UK, next to the M1 motorway. This means that single units, or complete environments, can be delivered, set up and operational wherever they are required in the UK in eight-24 hours.TRANSCRIPT
