TROYLife can be a strange but wonderfulmystery that most times we don'tunderstand. There are good parts, birthdays, weddings, new born babies, everyday gifts to enjoy....

Mindy closely observes admiringly from the back.

TROY (cont'd)Then they're the bad parts.Loneliness and silent suffering. These are things we want to talkabout this evening. These are whatJesus is most interested in. Pain isa part of all of our lives. Cananyone tell me how they cope withthis sort of pain?

CLASS ATTENDEEI think Jesus brings a sort ofsupernatural healing and if we arehonest, the kind of healing we need.

TROYToo many of us try to cover our painand brush away our grief, ashamed andscared of being exposed. We keepeverything secret and afraid ifsomeone sees our messed up lives theywon't like us. We bury our hurts, mistakes, fumbles and struggles andtry to appear perfect.

SECOND CLASS ATTENDEESo, what are you suggesting?

TROYA kind of freedom from having to act perfect all the time. Jesus wants tomake a deal with you. Hand over yourfears to him and he will heal you andgive you a new life, loved more thanyou could possibly know.....
