Tropical Outlook – Eastern Pacific
Tropical Storm Julio (Advisory #3 as of 5:00 a.m. ET)
• 150 miles SW of Manzanillo, Mexico
• Moving WNW at 18 mph
• Maximum sustained winds 45 mph
• Tropical-storm-force winds extend up to 35 miles
• Some slight strengthening possible through tonight
• Weakening should begin tomorrow; forecast to dissipate
within 72 hours
