SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2016 TRINITY SUNDAY
All hail, adored Trinity: O Trinity, O Unity,
All praise, eternal Unity: Be present as we worship thee;
O God the Father, God the Son, And to the angels’ songs in light
And God the Spirit, ever One . Our prayers and praises now unite.
Three persons praise we evermore, Praise God, from whom all blessings flow;
And three the Eternal One adore: Praise Him, all creatures here below;
In thy sure mercy, ever kind, Praise Him above, ye heav’nly host;
May we our true protection find. Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord!
God bless, Fr. Herb
TITHING
May 8-14, 2016 $16,389.58
Same Week Last Year: $16,655.00
From the Pastor: Gift giving needs to be happy and full of
love. So too with our tithe – we give a generous, sometimes
even sacrificial share of our income joyfully to God because
God is so generous to all of us. “For God loves a cheerful
giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
Words of Tithing from the Pews: Tithing is a real act of
faith for me! One thing I have learned about myself is that I
never brought God into my finances. Handling finances is a
very important part of my life, and I am glad that now God has
become part of it in my decisions.
Thank you for your sacrifice of Tithing!

PRAYER FOR PRIESTS
Jesus, by your most loving heart, I implore you to inflame
with zeal for your love and glory all the priests of the world,
all missionaries and those whose office it is to preach your
word, that on fire with holy zeal, they may snatch souls from
the devil and lead them into the shelter of your Heart, where
forever they may glorify you. I especially remember those
priests who have absolved me of my sins in the Sacrament of
Confession, and those who have given me Your Body, Blood,
Soul and Divinity as nourishment for my soul in the Most
Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist. Amen.
ELECTRONIC GIVING WITH FAITH DIRECT
This month we are introducing a new and exciting way for you
to support our parish offertory and special collections: Faith
Direct. Faith Direct enables parishioners to make your Church
contributions through either direct debit from your
checking/savings account or through your credit/debit card.
No more writing checks or searching for envelopes on the way
out the door. Now you can apply the convenience of direct
debit to your parish offerings in much the same way as you
may use it now to make your mortgage, car or tuition
payments (and you may be able to get credit card points).
Faith Direct also offers you personalized offertory cards to
replace our envelopes for the collection basket.
Please join me in enrolling by responding to the mailing you
will receive or visit www.faithdirect.net to enroll securely
online. Our parish code is NJ745.
God Bless You!
Fr. Herb

environment. A spirit of faith, respect and joy are evident in
our school. In addition to religious instruction, students model
Christian ideals through cooperative activities, spiritual and
liturgical celebrations, participation in Sacraments, and service
outreach. An active parent organization lends partnership and
support to the school community. The Early Childhood Center
offers classes for three and four year old children and has both
