Food bank requestOur local food bank is in need of flour

and cornmeal. In order to assist the Food Bank, we are requesting our

generous congregation to offset this immediate need by donating 2 lb sacks

of flour and cornmeal to the church beginning this week. We will collect

Community Clothes Closet

Items needed are gently used school clothes for preschoolers through high school students as well as new under-wear sizes 4T - adult and new socks. All of these will be made available to fami-lies through a project of Communities in Schools and the Women’s Ministry of FBC. Collection dates are July 20-23. Items may be brought to church here at FUMC and will be delivered to the site. Sunday school classes may want to col-lect socks and underwear for this project.
