Spiritual Communion

Even if one cannot sacramentally

receive the Eucharist, everyone

should be aware of the practice of

making a spiritual communion. Here

is one traditional prayer:

O my Jesus, I believe that You are in

the Blessed Sacrament. I love you

above all things, and I desire to

receive you into my soul. Since I

cannot at this moment receive you

sacramentally, come at least

spiritually into my heart. I embrace

you as if you were already there

and unite myself wholly to you.

Never permit me to be separated

from you. Amen.

2021 Contribution

contribution envelopes in

Boeseke Hall, they are now in the

office. You may pick them up

during office hours or call 332-4952.

Religious Education, also known as

CCD, resumes on Wednesday,

February 3rd, 3:00 p.m.

Confirmation and Atrium 1

resumes Sunday, February, 7th

The Seminarian

Education Fund

The appeal has begun. Many of you should

have received a letter and prayer card in

the mail this past week. In addition to

praying for vocations, offering financial

support to our seminarians is another way

you can actively promote vocations in the

Diocese of Cheyenne, which is among the

goals of Vision 2030. Your gift will help to

provide for tuition, room and board, and

other expenses related to forming our

seminarians. Perhaps more importantly,

your gift, no matter how large or small, will

encourage and sustain our seminarians as

they make their journey toward

priesthood. Please prayerfully consider

your gift to The Seminarian Education

Fund.

2020 Contribution

Statement

If you would like to receive your

2020 contribution statement,

please call Eliner in the parish

office at 332-4952.

ROSARY GARDEN

Some families associated with the parish have

started a plan to enhance the Rosary Walk and

Prayer Garden in the area between the CCD

building and Wyoming Catholic College buildings.

They would love input from the whole parish

community! Griff from Sprouts will be doing the

landscaping, but there will be plenty of gardening

for any volunteers who would like to help. There will

be many opportunities for donating or

memorializing different trees, benches, or areas of

the garden. The garden already has a St. Therese

statue and a St. Michael statue, but will certainly

need a Marian statue. Opportunities abound for

donations of statues, monetary contributions, or

memorials of a loved one. For more information,

contact Beth Mortensen at 307-332-2225 or Debbie

Allen at [email protected].
