caustic soda and petroleum solvents ( like kerosene , turpentine and xylene ) . Not only this , but both are also rich with premium emollients ( skin-softeners ) like cream , lanolin , liquid paraffin and glycerine , which condition raw / rough hands and help keep skin soft ( see the attached IDRL skin-safety certificate ).

• The gel , by name Palmelan-G is "waterless" , i.e. no water is required either to wet hands

before use or to rinse them after use , but hands could be wiped dry.
