It is important that Summit Facilitators/Staff meet regularly with school administraon/staff to ensure that their Sum- mit program is aligned with each schools UIP. The Summit programs, Extended Day Learning and Summit Engaged, should be documented in the schools UIP plan. Copyright © 2017 Greeley-Evans School District 6 Extended Day Learning: As part of the Summit Extended Day Learning Program at Northridge High School, the stu- dents parcipate in the Chess Club and Guided Homework Support. In the Chess Club, the students learn how to be a master at chess (or just play and have fun). They will be tak- ing a field trip to state compeons in Denver on February 17th and 18th. In the Guided Homework Support class, the student have a nice quiet place to get your homework and school work done with cerfied teachers there to help. Coming Soon: Our next Site Facilitator will be held on Monday, February 27, at 4:45pm. We will meet at the Administraon Building, in Lower Level Room B. Topics: UIPs and surveys needed done for Summit programs. Northridge High School Summit Program Site Facilitator Meeting Bus Service: Any adjustments to bus rosters must be submied by each Wednesday to take effect the fol- lowing Monday; send updated roster to Salvador Gon- zalez and Sandy Acevedo in transportaon. Also, if a school needs to cancel a night of Summit due to a con- flicng event; example: Parent Teacher Conferences, the site facilitator needs to send an email a minimum of two (2) days prior to the event to cancel transportaon. Send the email to transportaon to cancel service to: Shirley Bond: [email protected], Diane Elkins: [email protected] and to Kayla. In the email please clearly state the school name and date of no-service needed. Summit Transportation
