How we’ll use HERO

All staff members will enter data about each scholar on a regular basis. Some will do it in real time (meaning as it happens) while others will do it after the incident (but no later than 5:00pm). The chart on the right is a list of behaviors they will be tracked for.

Each week, scholars will have the opportunity to use the points they accrue to purchase items. Some of these include:
