CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY – TYPICAL FORMWORK SYSTEM
The whole project can be described in following manner :
• Mobilization of transformer in parts from import site to construction site
• Erection of proper vibration shielding base at the site of construction
• Reassembly of parts of transformers at the site
• Unloading and loading of transformers using 2x100 MT hydraulic jacks
• Fixing the transformers using concrete
• Connection of cooling lines, transmission lines, grid maintenance lines
• Filling of coolant and test run using gen-sets.
