This summer study program offers a unique opportunity to explore Vietnam, a country with magnificent natural beauty, rich culture and a fast-growing economy. While there,take a memorable journey from Hanoi, one of the most ancient capitals in the world to Ho Chi Minh City, the leading economic hub of Vietnam, formerly known as the Pearl of the Far East. Reputed for their delectable cuisines, vibrant nightlife, handcrafts products and friendly people, the two cosmopolitan centres will offer an inspiring and fascinating combination of ancient and modern beauty that few others can match.

Enroll to a Humber diploma general education or a degree breadth elective course. Students must be approved for travel in advance by their Program Coordinator.

National Economics University (NEU) - Founded in 1956, National Economics University is one of the leading universities and research centres in Economics, Public Management and Business Administration in Vietnam. University of Economics (UEH) - Established in 1976, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City is one of the leading institutions in economics, business, management and law with beautiful campuses and dormitories in down-town Ho Chi Minh City.

In each city, you will attend classes on campus with NEU/UEH/Humber faculty and have afternoon and weekend site visits and field trips guided by faculty and local experts. Together, your understanding of the ideas from the classroom are brought to life in these rich experiences while immersing yourself in a cultural fabric that is an extraordinary mix of modernity and traditions. When you and your Humber faculty return to Toronto, you will reflect upon your experiences, connect with your own culture, and set them within the broader global context.

There will be some classes held at Humber before depature. A self-reflective assignment will be required upon your return from Vietnam
