Are you looking for a fun, safe environment for your kids this summer? We will offer summer
programs for children who have completed pre-k through 8th
grade. Each week we will begin a
new program with fun activities in arts and crafts, music, athletics, character building, water
play, and large group activities. Please see below to check out our program schedule and fees.
PROGRAM INFORMATION Program day 7:45-4:00
Bear’s Den 4:00-6:00
Half day AM 7:45-12:00
Half day PM 12:00-4:00
Drop-ins are allowed for full or half day as spots allow.
Please check which programs your child will attend, fill in appropriate full
or half day tuition and turn in to the office at least 2 weeks prior to the
first day of the program to hold your spot.
Sport program information and registration will be separate. (volleyball
and basketball )
You must pay at least $50 to hold your spot in later weeks.
Full tuition is due 2 weeks before the first day of the program.
Bear’s Den will be charged up front and is due with program tuition.
Campers must bring a sack lunch.

I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of the activity and the minor’s
experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue,
and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless St. Bernard School (the “releasees”) each
from all liability for claims, demands, losses, or damages to the minor account caused or allegedto be caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of the “releasees” or otherwise, including
negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone
on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the releases I will indemnify, save, and hold
harmless each of the releases from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage or
cost any may incur as the result of any such claim.

Behavior Agreement
I agree to follow the rules and behavior guidelines of the St. Bernard Summer Programs. Program rules include,
but are not limited to the following:1. I will be respectful of other children and all program staff. This means that I will speak to others in a respectful manner andtone of voice, I will follow directions and I will not cause or threaten physical harm towards others. I understand that
disrespectful behaviors include, but are not limited to, hitting, punching, kicking, biting, spitting, swearing, lying and refusing to
listen to the St. Bernard Summer Programs staff.2. I will be respectful of the St. Bernard grounds, the building, places we may visit and the belongings of others. This means that
I will not litter, vandalize, steal or destroy items that do not belong to me.3. I will not use or bring the following: matches and lighters; tobacco, alcohol and other drugs; firearms and other weapons (real
or pretend). I understand that if I do so, I may be asked to leave the St. Bernard Summer Programs for the remainder of thesummer.4. I agree to follow all Program rules, including those that are not listed on this behavior agreement.Participants: With a parent, I have read the Behavior Agreement and I agree to follow the rules. I understand that not following
these rules will result in consequences to my actions. In some cases, consequences may include not being allowed to return for a period of time (1 day – the rest of the summer) or not being allowed to participate in certain activities.Parents: By signing this document you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules listed above, that theconsequences listed below may be imposed at any time, and that you will arrange for your child to be removed from the Summer Program staff requests for you to do so.
1. First Occurrence: The first time an incident happens will result in a phone call home. A senior staff member will explain to parents what happened and that such behavior is not acceptable. In the case where kicking, biting or other severe behavior occurs,
the child may automatically be given one day suspension from the program, with no refund for that day.2. Second Occurrence: The second time an incident occurs will result in a second phone call home from a senior staff member,
most likely the Director. At least one day suspension may be given, if not more (with no refund) and it will be explained to the parent that the next occurrence will result in the child’s expulsion without refund.3. Third Occurrence: The third incident will result in immediate expulsion from the Summer Program without refund. TheDirector will make final determination for expulsion.
