Help4Kids provides food packages every
weekend during the school year to 3,105
hungry kids in Horry County. Vienna
sausages provide the protein in the
package and the kids love them! Every
year we depend on generous churches,
organizations, businesses and individuals
to help us make sure that no child goes to
bed hungry and we are very grateful for
your help! Please join us again this year
and remember, whether you contribute one can or several cases,
your donations go directly to children in need in Horry County.
Robin Goff joins FUMC Nursery Staff as of Sunday, July 13.
Robin will be working with Gayle Fanshaw and Jan Kyzer
Sunday mornings with our infants and toddlers. Robin comes
with much experience in infant and preschool childcare. Please
stop by the nursery and give her a warm FUMC welcome!
The children’s Sunday School program has
big goals for the 2014/2015 school year and
we need lots of help to make it happen. We
hope to have an additional 8 teachers so that
each room will have 2 adult volunteers. A
meeting will be held on the evening of
Monday, July 21 at 6:30 in the FLC to
discuss some of the ways that we can address
the need for teachers. This meeting is purely
informational so please stop by to see what is

Dear Pastor Kyle and Our Church Family,
Prayers were answered for George’s recovery!
Thanks so much! We appreciated all the
prayers, visits, cards, and phone calls. Without
all of you being in prayer and in contact with
us, this would have been a longer road to
travel. Thanks again for being our family.
Prayers forever, George and Jan Kyzer.
The Toddler Nursery is in need of snacks and juice. Individual Apple Juice boxes, Gold Fish, and Mini Marshmallows are needed. Parents, please bring your donations to the Toddler Nursery. Thank you in advance.
