These Cy-Fair cuties cool off at a local pool

Check with your local community pool, YMCA, and homeowner’s association to see if there are swim teams forming or lessons offered at your local pool.

Some companies offer swim lessons in your pool. Swim Jim, for example, offers it all- group, semi-private, or private lessons at your location. Call 713-784-1777 for rates and info.

Experts recommend waiting until your child is at least 3 years old for group swim lessons. Toddlers are more comfortable with a Parent/Child water orientation class.

Swim lessons will not ‘drown proof ’ your child. Always keep children and your pool area adequately supervised.
