Fall Shredding Event Protect your identity and the planet through Operation Secure Shred! Operation Secure Shred is an opportunity to have confidential documents you no longer need, or papers you want to safely dispose of, destroyed. This event is held in conjunction with "America Recycles Day," as the documents shredded are then recycled. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Splash Cove Parking Lot (5800 King Street). This service is free with recommended donation of $5 for a regular banker box and $10 for a large banker box. Donations will offset the cost of shredding and the remaining donations will go to benefit the Mayor’s Christmas Tree Fund. Please enter the parking lot at 57th Terrace and King and follow the signs.
