CEO/Founder of The Mobius Loop, Patricia HannThank you to everyone who said they like the new logo. Im very

pleased with all the changes that are happening with our company.One thing Ive known from the beginning is that we have an amazing

membership supportive through the good times and the bad times!

I really appreciate it so much.

Her vision: The Mobius Loop was created for people that have tried

over and over again to be successful online, but only to find out that

unless you are a leader with thousands of people beneath you, you will most likely fail. I want the Loop to be a

place where people join from all over the world and feel proud to share it with their family and friends, and

every time they did that, it would help the entire company. My goal is to find a way where everyone in the

company can earn money by introducing an awesome product such as the Neutralizer. Every household in the

world should have this product and its up to us to share it with them.

Youre going to see many changes here tonight. The Mobius Loop will really be a place for everyone.

NEW PRODUCT LennyThe Mobius Loop specializes in alternative health products that combat the harmful effects of radiation caused

by cell phones, computers, microwave ovens, and other household electronics that emit electromagnetic

energy. Our products have been scientifically tested and verified, the results have been detailed in peer

reviewed clinical publications, and the innovative discovery was granted a patent by the U.S. Patent office in

2009.

What health problems may result from cell phones?

Studies have shown thatexposure to cell phone radiation is associated with a wide range of health

conditions. Headaches, Fatigue, Memory loss, Sleep disorders, Cardiovascular stress, Hyperactivity,Depression, DNA alteration or damage, Impaired immune system, Brain tumors, etc.

Trish explained how, while in California, she met Tim, Rob and Carla, who then introduced her to Kim Dandurand. They

realized it was a good match to market the Aulterra products through the Distributors of The Mobius Loop!

We are the exclusive distributors of the Aulterra product line. We have set up a partnership with Aulterra Inc.

Kim Dandurand, CEO Aulterra Inc.Kim always said he would never take his product to a multi level company yet after meeting everyone in CA and looking

at the plan, he decided to go forward with it. We have been moving very aggressively forward to make everything

happen. The product, the Neutralizer, follows the philosophy of The Mobius Loop. He started the company because he

saw the impact of EMFs on his own childrens health. He then researched and developed it to what we see today.

The materials come from the earth and are totally natural. Kim hired a scientist to do the testing of the product and it

showed amazing results with the DNA restoration. Since then, they received a patent on the product. After that, they

were published. They sell in many countries.

Neutralizers are not just for cell phones. They are for computers, wireless devices, smart meters on your home, etc.

Other products include the energy pillows, (blue, white, green and purple) which help neutralize toxins in your body, and

the whole house neutralizer which changes the pulse tone of the electricity in a 4000 sq ft area.

Soon jewelry, cosmetics, water system and thread for a clothing line

Kim spoke of some of the research regarding the effects of the EMF, such as infertility, cancer, etc.

He looks forward to a long lasting relationship in this partnership with The Mobius Loop.

Aulterra products has been featured on radio shows, Kim has been invited to Dr. Oz, The View, Good Morning America,

and The Oprah Magazine will be doing a 2 page report on the product. Books are being written wonderful marketing

opportunities that will help us all. All of this will be featured on our website as we go along.

With one position cycling all three levels you will earn atotal of $10,900.

Each cycled position will create a new position to begin

cycling for $200, $700 and $10,000 over and over again.

2x3 Company Forced/Follow Me Matrix. Re-enter following

your Sponsor each time

NOTE: When you join the $125, and you cycle, you are upgraded to the $500 and you are re-entered on the $125. Now,

when you cycle again, it is going to give you another $500 and re-entered again and when you cycle the $500 you are

upgraded to the $2000 and re-entered on the $500. You are going to have many earning centers as you cycle on the

$125, $500 and $2000 loops, over and over again you have a choice to join at whichever level you prefer or all 3!

Here is the difference from any other company out there -- it is a 2x3 company forced/ follow me matrix. So each time

you re-enter, you will follow your sponsor. Companies either have a forced matrix, like we were, left to right and top to

bottom, or they have a follow me matrix. We will have a combination ofBOTH!

The positions you have now stay the same, nothing changes in the current matrices. With the new system, when you

sign someone up, that person will fall on your matrix to help you build. So you get to figure out how much money you

want to make each day and how to make that amount. Your positions right now are not under their sponsor, because

we werent built like that, but what will happen is, from the 9 steps you will earn positions on the loops and wheels. As

you land from the 9 steps, you will land in the first open position in the company, top to bottom, left to right. (like we

are doing now) When you cycle the first time for that position, you will then follow your sponsor.(New)

We must continue helping the people who cannot recruit, the homeless, the charities, etc. When the company, The

Mobius Loop, cycles, we will reenter in the first open, available position. When members land on the loops from the

9 Step program this will also help the people that cannot

recruit.

REMEMBER: You will keep getting re-entry positions on the

$500 AND a new position on the $2000 loop. Also, the

Sponsor Receives $50 and the Sponsors Sponsor receives $25

each and every time you cycle! People can join the $125,

$500 and $2000 loops at any time. They dont have to start at

$125. They can buy all three, or they can choose just one andbuild from there.

You dont have to start at the $125 loop, but it is a great starting point as you will get upgraded over to the $500 and

$2000 from there.

We will still have the company forced like we have it now but adding the follow me in combination with it. The

company wide will continue to be built from people coming off of the 9 steps.

Your sponsor will always get the referral bonuses, even if they arent on the loops or wheels yet.

We leave NO holes The company will continue to build level to level, left to right, leaving no holes.

It will take no longer than it does now to cycle if you dont bring people in. Everyone WILL cycle. It just gives the

opportunity for people who want to make money faster, and who can recruit to do that!

forward, I will only put Trishs extra comments!

No upgrades here.

Referral bonuses are 10% and 5%, but the $50 wheel cycles

quickly! And they happen over and over again!

Remember: When someone comes off the 9 steps that youve

sponsored, they land on the $50 wheel, left to right on the company wide matrix. You receive the referral bonus right

away and when they cycle, they will re-enter following their sponsor. That is the same for any of the wheel levels.

Same here, you come off the 9 Steps, you land in the company

wide matrix, you help everybody. When they cycle, they will

cycle, they will follow their sponsor.

Remember: the bonuses happen over and over again!

9 Steps

Here is where you will see many changes. It is still a 2x2,

but you will re-enter following your Sponsor each time.

A major change is that you can now join on Step 1

OR join on Step 9!

This is similar to what it was, a $10 entry fee

The difference is you are automatically entered into Step 1

again! You dont have to wait for Step 3 as we did before.

The reason for that is it is also now a follow-me .

Remember this for when you get to Step 9

Your new step will follow right behind you!

This step did not change

REMEMBER: When you sign someone up, they will follow youon your matrix.

Step 3

NOTE: All PIF credits, throughout the whole 9 steps, are not

going to follow you -- 132 of them by the time you get to the 9 th

step will land on the matrix level to level, left to right on the

company wide matrix. WHEN the PIF credit cycles, THEN they

will go follow their sponsor!

Referral bonus on Step 3 remained the same.

REMEMBER: When you enter on the loops and wheels, your

sponsors and sponsors sponsors receive their bonuses!

Also they receive the bonus of you cycling Step 6!

Step 9Here is where the big difference is

There is a big difference in the amount for cycling Step 9, but it

will earn you a lot more money doing it this way!

When you cycle for the FIRST time on Step 9, you will earn

$10,000, etc., then will be RE-ENTERED on Step 9!

REMEMBER: That first re-entry position from Step 1 it followed

you up, so now you would have another position now on Step 8

and ready for another Step 9. Even if you arent a big recruiter, it

wont take as long to get to this money. You can join at Step 9 for

$6000. When people join at this level it helps the whole

company. Why? Because every time they cycle Step 9 it is putting

57 people into the company wide matrix!

Let me explain what happens when you cycle Step 9 the second

time and every time after that

The second time you earn $8000. Same PIF credits. Sponsor

bonuses are $400 and $200.

I see the movement in the company, with the changes we are making, faster than before. I am very excited about it.

Remember, all your re-entry positions are close behind! The positions you have now are in the company wide matrix, so

as you cycle off the 9 steps, you will follow your sponsor on his matrix.

I hope you understand and like the changes. The Mobius Loop really does have something for everyone. Leaders who

didnt want to give up their team now have a way to keep them AND help everyone in the company wide matrix as

well. It is a win/win for everyone that joins The Mobius Loop!

If you have 2 people who could each bring in 2 people, we would suggest you join the $6000 right away, otherwise start

at the $10 Step and work up. Even with the follow me you still have to go level to level, here you just wont have any

holes in the company wide matrix. Everyone is guaranteed to cycle. It may take longer, but there are no holes.

All positions in The Mobius Loop now, as they cycle, will follow their sponsor! If you sign someone up, they will follow

you. If you want to make $10,000 when we open this up: work a plan figure out which one will determine what you

need.

If you dont choose your PIFs they will be randomly chosen for you in 48 hours. REMEMBER: All PIF credits on the 9

Steps land in the company wide matrix. When they cycle, they will re-enter on the sponsors matrix. When you PIF

someone from your eWallet for the loops, wheels or 9 Steps, they will land on your matrix.

I dont believe this has ever been done before and requires a lot of programming, so we actually have to shut the sitedown and that could be as much as 2-3 weeks. That is the rough part, but we need it to make it stronger. We will get it

done as soon as possible. You all know how good Doug is and he has quite the job ahead of him!

DEBIT CARDS Trish

As I said at the beginning of this call, I have made mistakes (growing pains), trusted people that I perhaps shouldnt

have the whole debit card processor project failed. I had to go a different route. You will actually have an external

eWallet (for use outside of The Mobius Loop) in addition to your internal eWallet (controls money within the company).

You will be able to transfer money directly to your bank account, or you can purchase a debit card like we had planned.

Setting it up now with a very experienced person. When we reopen the site, everything will be connected the debit

card will probably be mailed out the end of next week. Im hoping well get them for less than the $25, so I may refund

everyone back what they paid, and then you can order it if you choose. You dont have to order a debit card.

We will do a special webinar to explain it all.
