SUMMARY

Expertise in the development of new uses of traditional crops, aromatic and medicinal plants, with a specialization

in natural products, containing extractable chemicals for use in the flavor, aroma, and medicinal materials.

SKILLS

Sourcing of medicinal and aromatic plants.

Determining bioactivity of plant extracts, such as antimicrobial and antioxidant.

Extraction and identification chemical constituents of extracts and essential oils by gas chromatography–
