This book by name ‘Views to make this world developed and this earth as the lovely place for every human’ is focussing many fields for the development of all the nations of this world. I have the great confidence that my project book will make my world a developed world if we convert the views written in the book in to action. Please log on to ‘www.slideshareshare.net/drshivu’ for all the presentations.

The aim and objectives of my book are as follows,Aim:

To make this world developed;

Objectives:

1) To, get adequate supply of water for the entire world (India as the prototype) for drinking – irrigation – industry, through RCS (Reticular Canal System for Interlinking Rivers). (Need to be done on emergency basis).

Page 2: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

2) To increase, the productivity, in the agricultural segment, by adopting ‘scientific agriculture methods’ through VPA (Village Panchayath Association). (By this we can utilize the entire man power effectively, governments can think over it).3) All the lands, that is the government and the private lands will be utilized effectively through VPA, so that no land lays waste without production even for a short period and they are used with PIN (Personnel Identification Number) based property documentation. (By this we can utilise the natural resources i.e. the land to the maximum extent in an eco friendly way e.g. by planting more samples of useful trees and it also increases the revenue for the government). 4) To, utilize the population (man power) of the world, effectively, to the maximum extent possible, without wasting any workable time in the name of ‘job searching’. This is to make the world developed with the hugely available manpower and it is done through VPA. (We can eradicate the problem of unemployment, governments can think over it).5) To create industries related to agricultural products, locally, by the people of that VPA, this adds the value to the products of agriculture. (This will increase the economy of the individuals, the nation and the world, it is better to do)6) To utilize the same man power in ‘non agricultural time’ to create houses, roads, model villages, forest, road side fruit tree plantation ect, in their VPA, that is the MV – MN (Model Village – Model Nation) for the people who live with VPA. (One time investment, less maintenance, less problems related to the damages to the infrastructure, and maintaining the cleanliness becomes easy. Governments can consider this in the near future) 7) To, decrease the rural to urban migration, which in turn decreases the development of the slums in the urban area and problems related to urbanisation. (This will automatically happen if the rural people get all the urban facilities in their own place with better economy). 8) To create awareness in the basic life science skills, like nutrition, sex, pregnancy, delivery, lactation at secondary education, because, soon they are going to become the mothers and the fathers in this society. (This becomes easy if we complete the work of NES – MV – MN).9) Education (NES – National Education Service) is not only for getting the knowledge, but also for getting the food in the form of job, through job counselling centre (for those who stop their education before the completion of 2nd PUC) run by the teachers, who prepare the students. (This becomes easy if we complete the work of NES – MV – MN).10) The universities (NES) creates the graduates as per the need of the society by assessing the need of the graduates to the society by acting as the mediator between its graduate and the institutions which seeks the service of the graduate, thus the university can provide the placement immediately through its job counselling centre, with this we can eradicate the term called ‘graduate unemployment’. (This becomes easy if we complete the work of NES – MV – MN).11) To make the education completely free for the local students / candidates who loves this country and their place, with better knowledge to the local candidates, and thus we can decrease the migration rate of these needy graduates and to give better service to their local people through VPA – NES - MV - MN. (Free education becomes the reality if all the nations gets better income that is possible with RCS – VPA)12) To make the health services (NHS) completely free to decrease the morbidity and mortality rate of the people due to non affordability of the health services. (Free health services becomes the reality if the nation gets better income, that is possible with RCS – NHS – VPA)13) Proper PIN based property documentation will be done to decrease the disputes, and to suppress the evil activity of the people with evil mind. This will also decrease the time consumed by

Page 3: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

the court in solving the disputes related to the lands and properties. (Governments can consider this to maintain the better relation among the relative and thus the better productivity by all the families) 14) Using satellite based survey to identify the shortest and convenient path between the places we need to connect and thus make the Roads and Railway paths, short, safe and convenient route for our journey, through CRS – CRTS technology. (This can be considered in the near future).15) Society is the mixture of more people who do good things, less people who do bad things. Record every activity of the individual with family tree based PIN. Prevention of evil activity is better than, identifying the evil activity (e.g. terrorism) after the damage has occurred to the society. ‘Less bad people’ are also dangerous, don’t allow them to thrive. This work will be done by all the people of the same VPA through NSW (National security web). (This can be considered in the near future).16) Corruption persists till the currency exists; replace all ‘the notes and the coins’ with ‘the card and the thumb’. With this we can prevent all the illegal activities, which involve the transaction of money. All the ‘black money’ can be converted in to the ‘white money’ and all the robberies which the bad people do can be prevented. Card and thumb works out cheaper than printing ‘note’ and preparing the ‘coin’, it works out still cheaper if we account money involved in the ‘Corruption’ and which is moving in the form of ‘Black money’. (It is left to the discretion of the governments and the people of all the nations, and it is possible only when we become better with needed technology)17) Activities are done through the VPA, which are the structural and functional unit of the nation. (Creating the VPA is left the discretion of the government and the people of the world).

All the views may not be possible to achieve in a single setting, still I wrote many views on various segments, because the views written in one segment will work in concordance with other segment. For example, it is better do the work of Reticular canal system for Interlinking rivers (to eradicate the drought to the maximum extent and to prevent the flood to the possible extent) on emergency basis, before we go for the stage of creating ‘Convenient road and railway tract system’. For this reason we need to understand all the segments at one setting and can take up the work of different segments one by one without causing damage to the previously created structures.

There are various presentations and documents published in ‘www.slideshare.net/drshivu’, each one will give you the information about some specific subject and the heading is mentioned in the beginning of the para.

S1c1 chapter 1-me and my nation. This chapter tells you, how I stared writing this book and what made me to go ahead with work of making all the nations of this world developed. And is the necessity make all the nations of the world developed, to save this earth for our living with the life in the normal physiology.

S1c2 chapter 2-how did this book originated. This chapter tells about various stimulus which triggered my mind through my carrier and life that produces the burst of thoughts which later I converted it in to the script, which I fell will be useful for converting all the nations in to developed nations and this earth more suitable for life.

Page 4: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S1c3 chapter 3-it is about me, the author, dr. shivu. p.This chapter tells about the author who wrote this book with the intention of making this world developed. I know everyone will develop the curiosity about the author as this book is going to provide lot of views intended to save the life of this earth.

S1c4 chapter 4-people – work – income. This chapter tells about the interrelationship between the people - work - income. The national income and the policies influence the income of the people and the income of the individuals influence the income of the nation. Not all the working people will be able to generate the income and not all the people with good income will be working hard. Poverty at the individual level and the poverty at the national level are associated with the deterioration of environment which affects both rich and poor, and the entire globe. It is very essential to make all the people earn better and make all the nations developed in order to save our earth.

S2c1 chapter 1-facts and figures related to democracy.Democracy is one of the important administrative needs for the people to make this world more beautiful, easy going. Without the family head the family may feel difficult to lead the life, in the same way without the good leader a village or the nation will not progress. This section gives some facts and figures related to democracy in the process of electing our leaders, about our leaders and about our system.

S2c2 chapter 2-retaining the democracy with little change. We need democracy to select the leaders who can maintain peace, prosperity, health, happiness for all the living organisms in the earth which is forever with justice to both plant and animal kingdom thus for this environment. Most of the time our leader’s useful time may waste in the process of scolding the opposition party in the process he becoming the ruling party leader. I am proposing a new system in democracy where all the leaders will work synchronously only for the development of humanity and maintain the peace, prosperity, health and happiness of all the people without wasting the time in the process of blaming one another.

S3c1 chapter 1-national security web.It is a new security system proposed in collaboration of government system of security (Police) and the young active people in the society. It is my personnel opinion that most of the illegal activities can be identified and it can be well controlled if the young active people of the native place involve in the process of maintaining the internal security.

S3c2 chapter 2-case scenarios on ‘giant’.In this chapter some of the case scenarios are mentioned where different people in the society with different positions, how they take advantage of their position / dress / power to cheat common people and the nation and thus becoming injurious to the environment. Solution for the same is also

Page 5: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

written at appropriate places, if you go through all the chapters, then you will understand the things in a better way.

S3c3 chapter 3-people and techniques used by the giant to give trouble to the person targeted. In this chapter how bad people in the society gives trouble to the innocent people in any way they want to make money, maintain the status and to enjoy the life in the way they want and thus becoming injurious to the environment. Solutions for the same are also written at appropriate places.

S3c4 chapter 4-better intelligence is the need of the nation. You all will agree that there are people from whom we might have suffered at one or the other time, in one or the other way, in direct or indirect way, with or without our knowledge. I think if we bring some modification in the society in terms of knowledge, infrastructure, and awareness, then it is possible to lead a peaceful life. I know peace is the term related to our own mind, but what to do our mind is directly connected to the five sense organs which are pushing thoughts to our mind continuously. So it is the responsibility of all of us that all the minds receives only good thoughts through our sensory organs and not the peace disturbing stimulus.

S4c1 chapter 1-facts and figures related to property documentation. This chapter tells about the availability of natural resources like land and population distribution. It is very much necessary to understand these things in utilizing these resources for our development.

S4c2 chapter 2-property documentation. In this chapter importance of property documentation through bio metric based personnel identification number and family tree is emphasized from the time of birth to death at various places like at the hospital at birth, in the school, in the college, in the universities, at the place of job, at the time of marriage, so on and at death. This will reduce most of the disputes which goes to the police station and to the court, it will also maintain the good relation and peace among the relatives and with the neighbours and it reduces the confusion while giving the judgement in the court. This type of property documentation becomes very much essential if we are going for community farming, farming related industries, reforestation, to eradicate the poverty and to save the environment.

Interlinking rivers 1 - No dams, still we can irrigate all the lands and it is possible to remove the drought from this world. 1 hr ppt on iir rcs. (Reticular canal system for ILR).Out of many the objectives written in this book, at least the governments can consider doing the work of Interlinking Rivers (Particularly focussing the rivers of India) through the new concept called ‘Reticular canal system’. I have a great hope that my concept of RCS for ILR is superior because, it is;

Simple in creation,

Page 6: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

Surface in situation (so, it is available for use all along the course),

Safe, even if it breaks down (Imagine the difference between breaking the tank on one side and the pipe on the other side),

Secure even in the absence of monitoring,

Synergistic to the present irrigation system,

Saves money in creation and maintainace still irrigates ‘larger surface’.

Sustainable in long run in the service of irrigating the land,

Sufficient in volume (TMC), thus ‘Say’ no to disputes.

RCS is a new concept in Irrigation involving all the present technologies related to irrigation proposed with the aim to eradicate the drought from ‘most of the parts of this world’ in general and from ‘India’ in particular and to prevent the flood to the possible extent.

It is the method to utilise the available surface water to the maximum extent on the land in an eco friendly way before it becomes salty as it reaches the sea.

Deforestation (For example - The roots of the trees will not get sufficient water to survive with decreasing underground water level, this type of injury to the nature can involve many trees and the entire forest, we have seen the incidences like trees falling suddenly and killing the people and damaging the property as the root dries up silently and this phenomenon is becoming more common as we are extracting more water through bore wells and making the surface water to flow faster with piped /cemented drainage system), desertification, less rain, malnutrition / nutrition related diseases, poverty, animals dying of dehydration, pollution, global warming are the ongoing ecological disaster and we will ‘land up in grave disaster’ if we are not thinking about the solution for the same. Such expected disasters needs to be addressed with reforestation, soil conservation, preventing rural to urban migration by preventing repeated loss in agriculture, preventing uncontrolled urbanisation and so on. All these depend on improving the rural economy, education and infrastructure.

Majority of the India is agriculture based rural population and this industry need the water as the basic need. If we are not getting water for this industry then we will allow present ongoing ecological disaster to progress and the present one third nation (India) which is covered by the drought prone areas may progress to more than 50% in the next one or two decades.

So it is the crucial time that we need to think how we can eradicate this problem of drought, increasing the rural economy and make the people to involve in the process of reforestation and soil conservation. Irrigation (Water) is the backbone of life in general and for agriculture in particular. It is also necessary to keep in mind about the ‘knowledge, skill and the profession of the majority of the people of the developing and underdeveloped nations’.

It is my heart full effort to prevent the expected disaster in the near future like deforestation and desertification expanding to the larger area of the nation/world and the idea born out of this problem is the concept called ‘reticular canal system for Interlinking rivers’. My present presentation

Page 7: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

may not fulfil all the technological criteria’s, but I am sure, it will be an eye opening for the solution of the problems like drought and flood.

RCS is the system of collecting the water from the higher level at multiple points and distributing the water to all the drought prone areas at multiple points. As RCS is collecting the water at multiple points from the higher level, it also prevents the genesis of flood to certain extent at the present flood prone areas.

RCS will act like a ‘bridge’ in a ‘reticular fashion’ between flood and drought prone area giving justice to both.

As it is mentioned in my book related to the geography of India, it is the system of collecting the water from various rivers starting from Ganga and ending at Chittar, and distributing the water according to the need for the entire India (J&K is not focused at this stage).

All the naturally flowing water pathways, the canals that we create to interlink the rivers, the various canals that we create to distribute the water from these water pathways will look like the web of canals in the form of reticulum in aerial view with all the major - minor and natural - artificial water pathways, thus the name Reticular Canal system for this system of Interlinking Indian rivers.

Better irrigation with eradication of the drought will improve the economy of the majority of the people of developing and underdeveloped nations and decreases poverty.

This presentation is the summary of the various presentation written on Interlinking Indian rivers by a new concept called Reticular canal system.

This is not only useful to India but it is useful for the entire world, in the process of eradicating the drought from this world, and thus we can make this world a better place for human living with better growth in agriculture, thus we can eradicate the problems like hunger, poverty to the maximum extent, especially for the farmers of this entire world.

I wish the world will think over this concept and will adopt this technology of optimum utilization of surface water which reaches the sea without any useful activity over the land.

Utilizing the portable surface water in an environmental friendly way by not leaving it simply reaching the sea with this new technology called Reticular canal system is the need of the day as the world population has already crossed seven billions long ago and I wish the world will realize my efforts and if my thoughts are used somewhere in the world , then there will be some value for my thought and my work will not go waste.

In this presentation I have explained about why we need to utilize the surface potable water to the maximum, how we can utilize this surface water effectively in a environmental friendly way, how we can eradicate drought and its consequences on the life of people, how we can prevent the flood to certain extent.

I wish the entire world will look in to it, and will use this technology (RCS) in an environmental friendly way and all the people of the world together will make this beautiful world still a better place with full of prosperity, peace, health and happiness.

Page 8: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S5c1 chapter 1-colour pictures of rcs.RCS of irrigation is proposed with the intention of eradicating the drought from this world and the flood to the extent possible. It is the combination of all the present and past irrigation technologies to use the potable rain and river surface water to the maximum extent in an eco friendly way before it becomes salty and becomes non potable.

S5c2 chapter 2-facts and figures related to irrigation. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to rain fall, scarcity of drinking water and water for irrigation (drought), poor chemical quality of the bore well water and poor microbiological quality of the surface water due to water pollution, scarcity of electricity and the solutions for the same are mentioned.

S5c3 chapter 3-facts and figures related to geography of india.Reticular canal system is the a new system of distributing the surface potable water to all the drought prone areas by diverting the water at the higher level before it is going to unite and form huge water body at the lower level causing flood. For diverting the small volumes of water at the higher level, we need to know the area of land for rain which is going to act as the feeding / catchment area for that tributary which is going to feed the interlinking canal, the land available to create the canal considering the physical properties of the water, flow dynamics, canal safety, porosity of the land, the various mountains/hills and valleys which are coming in the way of interlinking canals and so on, for which we need to understand the geography and the geology of the land, and thus we can identify the most suitable course for our future canal to distribute the water to the entire nation effectively in all the days of the year as per our requirement. In this chapter some of the points related to geography which is useful for our project are mentioned.

S5c4 chapter 4-facts and figures related to water bodies of india.Details related to the various rivers of India and about the climate is mentioned in this chapter. These points are useful for us in deciding the level at which we can intersect the rivers by the interlinking canals so that the canal gets adequate water to feed the drought prone areas. If the canal intersects the river at the higher level, then, the canal gets less water to feed the drought prone area due to less catchment area of the river on the other hand if the canal intersects the river at the lower level then most of the drought prone area will not get the water for irrigation, so it is necessary to titrate the level of canal by drawing multiple canal reference line and estimating the advantage and disadvantage of each canal reference line.

S5c5 chapter 5-facts and figures related to rivers of india. In this chapter some of the points which are necessary for us in interlinking the rivers, based on the catchment areas of the rivers, their tributaries, their course, the mountains and hills present on either the sides of the river are mentioned.

Page 9: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S5c6 chapter 6-facts and figures related to reservoirs of india. In this chapter the facts and figures related to the reservoirs in India is mentioned. With reticular canal system it is possible to maintain the optimum water level in all the reservoirs which comes below that particular primary canal which is interlinking the adjacent rivers and it is possible to release optimum water to the land depending on that reservoir in all the season as per the need, with this most of the disputes related to the water distribution will come to the end.

S5c7 chapter 7-facts and figures related to floods in india. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the floods are mentioned. Reticular canal system for interlinking rivers is a system in which the interlinking canal will intersect the river at the place where the flow of water is not too high or low, thus most of the water generated in one particular river catchment area will be diverted to drought prone areas at the higher level before huge water mass forms and causing the flood.

S5c8 chapter 8-facts and figures related to drought in india. Some of the facts related to drought are mentioned in this chapter. Drought is a threat to the humanity; it is a threat to the plant and animal kingdom. We also know that the area occupied by the drought is increasing as the population is increasing on this earth and we need to understand deforestation and desertification is progressing in a very rapid speed. Now it is our duty to make all drought prone areas in to adequately irrigated land, make the people to involve in the process of re forestation and prevent desertification. Reticular canal system for interlinking rivers will help in the process of irrigating all the drought prone lands and helps in re forestation.

S5c9 chapter 9-facts and figures related to surface and underground canals. Some of the facts and figures related to the surface and underground canals are mentioned in this chapter. In the proposed Reticular canal system for interlinking rivers, we have proposed only surface canals most of the time and it is better to avoid underground and deep canals as the water comes out of the canal may contain higher concentration of chemicals like Iron oxide, arsenic, fluoride and so on.

S5c10 chapter 10-reticular canal system (rcs). In this chapter, how the thoughts of reticular canal system for interlinking rivers started in my mind, what are the physics behind this water communication system, how we can go ahead with the work in step wise manner, how to do the survey sitting in the RCS lab and compare the various different canals, how to do the survey in the field, what are the skilled and supportive man power required and finance required, how we are going to get back the investment and generate income for the individuals and for the government are mentioned.

Page 10: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

Interlinking rivers 2 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 1 - Reticular Canal Systems – Why?This slide show make us understand about the need for Interlinking the Indian rivers on the national emergency basis, its relation with the life of the people - society - nation, the relation between the water and the disease, the need for identifying the safe - secure - surplus supply of water without disputes and make the nation developed at the top and the individuals at the root levels.

Interlinking rivers 3 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 2 - Manual on Reticular Canal System 1 - How (Refer Chapter 10.1)With RCS we will be able to irrigate most of the drought prone areas by utilizing the flood generated water without constructing the big structures like reservoirs / dams. This system fulfils some of the criteria s like, It is 'Simple in creation, Surface in situation (so, it is available for use all along the course), Safe, even if it breaks down, Secure even in the absence of monitoring, Synergistic to the present irrigation system, Saves money in creation and maintain ace still irrigates ‘larger surface’, Sustainable in long run in the service of irrigating the land, Sufficient in volume (TMC), thus ‘Say’ no to disputes.

Most of the readers will get the doubts like how it is possible to run the canals over this uneven surface / land levels. That is the hidden secret of the nature, that we need to explore with nature friendly way. some of the new types of structures mentioned in this topic like river elevators, U tubes in irrigation, canal elevators, direct canal connectors, bi dams, will help in by passing this geographical variations in this new system called 'Reticular canal system for Interlinking rivers' and thus makes this system to supply the water for all the needy areas round the clock, all the days in the year.

Interlinking rivers 4 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 3 - Manual on Reticular Canal System 6 - So what (Refer Chapter 10.1)This method (Reticular canal system) of interlinking rivers will give justice to both flood and drought prone areas to the maximum extent. There are many advantages from this system of irrigation like, It, irrigates most of the drought prone areas and thus supply adequate water for agriculture - industry - irrigation, we need not construct costly structures like dams - reservoirs and thus protecting the same, the course of the surface canal will make the water to distribute to all the needy areas and the water will reach the destiny (Sea) only when no area wants the water for any reasons, issues like generation of back water and shifting villages and cities will not arise, we will be able to generate enormous electricity by the hydroelectricity projects – that, we will be able to create at multiple places where the Primary canal discharges its water, water can be provided / released on the needy basis - with sufficiency, surface water storing capacity in the canal becomes more as it a long canal and it makes the underground water to rise, we can expect more rain and less cyclonic effect as there is better generation of the clouds over the land almost as equivalent as that of the clouds generated over the sea, thin forest can be converted in to thick forest and thus we can make the forest cover of the land with the peoples participation, most of the natural water pathway which remains dry in most of the periods can be made to flow continuously as per our need and we need not construct big structures for this purpose - simple structures like a barrier wall/weir will

Page 11: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

divert the water from the rivers to the primary canals, farmers looking in to the sky for rain and complications in agriculture due to less rain fall can be prevented, all the present dry well will be filled with water, all the present dams and reservoirs can be made to maintain optimum level of water in all the seasons without depending on the rain from the same river basin, it is possible to eradicate the land classification based on the irrigation like 'dry - semi irrigated - irrigated land' and we can make all the land in to 'irrigated land'. The beauty of the nature can increased with greenery everywhere and small attractive waterfalls at many places.

S5c11 chapter 11-the rivers of india and probable primary channels. In this chapter we have mentioned about the various rivers of India which are flowing towards the east and joining Bay of Bengal, and towards the west and joining the Arabian Sea. The canal that intersect and interlinks the rivers are named as the primary canals, the draining canals which arises from the primary canals are named secondary canals and so on.

S5c12 chapter 12-flat canal system in rcs.I am proposing the Flat canal system for interlinking rivers in order to utilize the available potable surface water to the maximum extent before it becomes non potable as it reaches the sea and becomes salty. Since the flat canal works on the principle of multiple inputs and multiple outputs, this works out more useful rather than single input (reservoir / dam) and multiple outputs from the declining canal which originates from the reservoir. Silting is the problem of both flat and declining canal, which we need to address with suitable technology. Flat canal system is the best way of distributing the water to all the needy parts of the nation, even when there is rain in the catchment area of any river above the level of the canal. With flat canal system it is possible to eradicate the drought from this world and to prevent the flood to the possible extent.

Interlinking rivers 5 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 4 - PC and FPC in Reticular Canal Systems (Refer Chapter 12.3)Primary canals are the name given to the canal which interlinks the adjacent two rivers. Flat canal system is the canal where the starting and ending of the canal are at the same level in which the water entering or exiting from the canal will alter the level of water in the canal makes the water accessible all along its course equally.

Continuously flowing rivers like Ganga, Yamuna (For FPC1) and Brahmaputra (For FPC4) with the water of their tributaries will be filling the water to the primary canals throughout the year.

The level of the water of the river Ganga is made to rise to 900 meters AMSL by constructing a dam like structure called River Elevator and draining the water from the top of this structure and then making the water to flow on the Himalayan hills which forms the south border for the west flowing river Ganga proximal to Rishikesh through a open surface canal called Ganga upper canal. The water from the end of the Ganga upper canal will be made to flow through a closed tube like concrete structure called 'Ganga U tube' and thus the water of the Ganga River can be shifted to the Yamuna river catchment area. Another open surface canal will run along the northern range of hills in the Yamuna river catchment area starting from the ending point of Ganga U tube and reaches the

Page 12: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

Himalayan hills west to south flowing river Yamuna at the level of 800 meters AMSL. From this point the water from the river Ganga and Yamuna will be made to flow through a closed tube like concrete structure called 'Yamuna U tube' and thus the water of the Ganga and Yamuna river can be shifted to the Aravalli range of hills of Rajasthan. Till this point the water will be flowing by gravity in one direction.

The FPC1 which starts at this point will end at river Chittar in the cardamom hills on the east side will be receiving water from the higher side and will distribute water to the lower side all along its course, thus rain anywhere at the higher side will make the water to be available all along the course of the Flat primary canal.

S5c13 chapter 13-flat primary canal (fpc1) river points. In this chapter the details of the flat canal ( where the level of the canal above the mean sea level is same in its entire course, e.g. 500 meters above the mean sea level) which extends from the northern part of Aravalli range of hills in Rajasthan to southern part of Cardamom hills in Tamilnadu. The extensions of the FPC 1 makes the entire nations to get the water for irrigation, industries and for domestic purpose for the lands which comes below its level, thus we can prevent the drought in these areas and the water which is going to form the flood at the lower level will be fed to the flat primary canal at the higher level at multiple points. Some of the areas where we are not going to get the adequate land height will be managed with the structures like U tube, bi dam, canal elevator, aqua duct and so on.

S5c14 chapter 14-flat primary canal (fpc1) we & ee river points. This chapter tells us about the river points of the west and east extensions of the flat primary canal 1. West extension of the FPC1 circumscribes the Aravalli range of hills and intersects all the rivers which flow to the west from the west and south slope of Aravalli hills. In the same fashion the east extension of the FPC1 and its south branch intersects the rivers arising from Maikala (on east), Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Dandakaranya, and north range of eastern ghat ranges of hills.

Interlinking rivers 11 - 6. chapter 14 5 flat primary canal1 west extension & east extension e river pointsThis slide show gives the information about how we can also utilize the water generated from the west slope of the Aravalli hills (Luni, Bandi, sukri, Jawai, Khari, Sabarmathi, Mahi river catchment area), north - east - south slope of Maikala (Johilla, Son, Hasdo river catchment area) and Ramgarh hills (Rihand, Damodhar, Dwarkeswar, Silai, Subarnarekha, South koel, Sankh, Lb, Mand river catchment area) , and also the water generated from Dhandakaranya (Seonath, Mahanadhi, Sondur, Pairi, Jonk, Indra, Tel, Indravathi, Sabari river catchment area). It supplies water to the FPC1 main branch and also to all the areas of India below 500 meters AMSL south to the course of river Yamuna.

Interlinking rivers 12 - 7. chapter 16 & 17 7 flat primary canal1 west extension & east extension, river elevator, canal elevator, direct canal connector, u tubeThis slide show gives the information about the canal course of the east and west extension of the flat primary canal 1, by which it is possible to utilize the water generated from the west slope of the Aravalli hills (Luni, Bandi, Sukri, Jawai, Khari, Sabarmathi, Mahi river catchment area), north - east - south slope of Maikala (Johilla, Son, Hasdo river catchment area) and Ramgarh hills (Rihand, Damodhar, Dwarkeswar, Silai, Subarnarekha, South koel, Sankh, Lb, Mand river catchment area) , and also the water generated from Dhandakaranya (Seonath, Mahanadhi, Sondur, Pairi, Jonk, Indra, Tel, Indravathi, Sabari river catchment area). It supplies water to the FPC1 main branch and also to all the areas of India below 500 meters AMSL south to the course of river Yamuna.

S5c15 chapter 15-flat primary canal (fpc1) lengths. This gives a rough idea about the length of primary canal which starts at the northern part of Aravalli range of hills in Rajasthan to the southern part of cardamom hills in Tamilnadu, its capacity, the various rivers which feed the canal. The values are not accurate, but it is a rough guide to explain the satellite based survey when different teams sits and works for the RCS in RCS lab for interlinking rivers. We will get the accurate values when the work of micro survey is finished, when we decide about the exact level at which the course of the primary canal is going to lay, the size of the canal and the various structures that we need to construct to overcome the minor variations in the level of the land and so on.

S5c16 chapter 16-flat primary canal (fpc1) we & ee lengths. This chapter tells about the approximate length and capacity of the west and east extension branches of the flat primary canal 1. This is basically for teaching purpose to the teams who involve in doing the micro survey of the different segments of FPC. The exact length and the capacity will be determined only after the level of the canal, size of the canal, length of the canal values obtained by the micro survey by the respective teams.

S5c17 chapter 17-flat primary canal (fpc1) – re, ce, dcc, bd and others.in this chapter some of the civil engineering structures which we need to construct to bypass the minor geographical variations in the path of flat primary canal like river elevator (dam like structure with the discharging gate at the top to make the river water top level to rise to the desired level), canal elevator (dam like structure constructed across the valley / water pathway and along the course of the canal with receiving and discharging ends at the ends of the structure to maintain the desired level of water all along the course of the canal), direct canal connector (the deep surface canal created to bypass the long useless course of the canal when there is minor elevation in the curves of the same canal), bi dam (the parallel dam like structure constructed to overcome the minor depressions of the land and as we are not getting the desired land level in the course of the canal) and so on.

Interlinking rivers 6 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 5 - FPC1 Lengths (Refer Chapter 15.6)This is the length of the inter linking path of the flat primary canal 1, where only the major curves are looked in, while graphing the path on the surface of the earth. The length of the FPC may change with micro survey over the satellite pictures, which will be done by the different teams designated to survey a particular segment of the interlinking path / between two adjacent rivers as they are going to consider the minor curves that comes in the interlinking path.

Each segment of the canal (FPC) receives the water from the proximal and distal segments of the same FPC, and the area of land which is above its level.

The water of the river Ganga and Yamuna will be continuously feeding the FPC1 from the end opening of the Yamuna U Tube.

Each segment of canal (FPC) distributes / irrigates / supplies water to the proximal and the distal segments of the same FPC, and the area of land which is below its level.

In this presentation Description of the interlinking path with the Length in kilometres is mentioned. An example is given here '1. FPC1 Start 500 to Gambhir 500. And this path Receives water from; North eastern Rajasthan – north eastern slope of Aravalli range of hills apart from the water it receives continuously from the river Ganga and Yamuna and Supplies water to; North eastern part of Rajasthan, South Haryana, Delhi, south UP till the Yamuna course. The total length of this interlinking path is 77.40 kilometres.'

Structures like Canal Elevator, River Elevator, Direct Canal Connector, Bi Dam will save the length of the canal at difficult areas and it also saves the creation cost, still irrigating the needy places.

Total FPC1 CRL Length in Kms is 8345.22

Total canal length we are going to save with CE, RE, DCC, BD in Kms is 703.13

Total length of the CE, RE, DCC, BD put together in Kms is 33.29

The Length (Actual) of the probable FPC1 in Kms is 7675.38

The capacity (Volume) of storable water (with the canal width of 200 mts, depth of 25 mts, but the maximum level maintained will be 20 mts) in the FPC1 (30701.52 million cubic meters) in TMC is 1133.5 (This volume can be filled and discharged any number of times.). Note: One cubic meters = 36.92 cubic feet.

S5c18 chapter 18-flat primary canal 2 (fpc2) river points and lengths.Bangalore plateau is the elevated land present in the south western part of the Deccan land. It is not possible to bring the ever flowing water from the rivers Ganga - Yamuna - Brahmaputra to Bangalore plateau as we are not going to get such an elevated land from Rajasthan to Karnataka. So it is necessary to utilize all the water generated in the river Kaveri catchment area in an effective way by creating flat primary canal 2 at around the level of 900 meters above the mean sea level and thus make all the land in Bangalore plateau irrigated and to get adequate water for the major cities

Page 15: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

coming under Bangalore plateau like Bangalore and Mysore even in the future. Issue of Kaveri water dispute will not arise as the lands below the level of 500 meters above the mean sea level in north Karnataka, Andrapradesh, Tamilnadu and Kerala are going to get the water from flat primary canal 1 whose feeders are the major rivers like Ganga and Yamuna.

Interlinking rivers 9 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 8 - FPC2 (Refer Chapter 18.8)Bangalore platue: FPC2 will become the main source of water for the area of Bangalore platue.

The rivers which feed the FPC2 from the level above 900 mts AMSL are tributary to Ayyanakere, Hagari, Shimsha, Arkavathi, Palar, Yagachi, Hemavathi, Kaveri, Lakshmanatheertha, Kabini, Nugu, Suvarnavathi, Uduthorehalla, and Palar.

Total FPC2 CRL Length in Kms is 1219.74

Total canal length we are going to save with CE, RE, DCC, BD in Kms is 215.01

Total length of the CE, RE, DCC, BD put together in Kms is 11.89

The Length (Actual) of the probable FPC2 in Kms is 1016.62

The capacity (Volume) of storable water (with the canal width of 200 mts, depth of 25 mts, but the maximum level maintained will be 20 mts) in the FPC2 (4066.48 million cubic meters) is 150.13 TMC.

FPC2 cannot be filled and discharged any number of times, unlike FPC1 and FPC4, as FPC2 is not having the ‘ever flowing rivers as its feeder’. Still, it can provide sufficient water to the Bangalore platue in the land which lays between ‘900 to 500mts AMSL’, because, all the water, which is generated from the river Cauvery and the its tributaries will be providing water only to the limited area of land between 900 to 500 mts AMSL, and the area which is below 500mts AMSL need not get the water from the river Cauvery and its tributaries as they will be irrigated by FPC1.

The water which is going to be absorbed by the ground / percolating in to the ground / the water which shifts underground as subsurface flow will decrease as the underground water will be saturated with water of the FPC1, thus ‘over the surface’ availability of the water from the river Cauvery and its tributaries will become more and it will be available for irrigation even in summer.

S5c19 chapter 19 primary canal 4 (pc4) river points. This chapter is for future as we start doing intensive water related agriculture. Flat primary canal 4 is proposed with the intention of utilizing the river Brahmaputra water to the land which is below 250 or 300 meters above the mean sea level. In this chapter the 'proximal declining canal of flat primary canal 4' (primary canal 4) is mentioned.

Page 16: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

Interlinking rivers 7 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 6 - Feeding areas for FPC (Refer Chapter 21.11).How FPC’s will get continuous supply of water to supply the water for the lands below its level? Who is going to feed the water to these canals continuously? The various catchment areas of various rivers, which are going to feed the FPC 1 continuously, are shown in this presentation.

The feeding areas for FPC1 are Ganga river catchment area-Himalayan hills, Yamuna river catchment area-Himalayan hills, Son-Seonath river catchment area-Maikala (On east) range of hills, Hasdo –Mand - Rihand river catchment area-Hazaribagh & Ramgarh hills, Narmada-Burhner river catchment area-Maikala (On west) range hills, Tel-Indravathi river catchment area-Dandakaranya & eastern Ghats (north range) of hills, Weinganga - Warda river catchment area-Mahadeo & Gawilgarh hills, Penganga-Godavari river catchment area-Sahyadri (Ajantha range) hills, Godavari - Bhīma river catchment area-Harishchandra & Balaghat hills, Bhīma -Krishna river catchment area-Western ghat hills, Krishna - Cheyyaru river catchment area-Western ghat hills, Cheyyaru - Kaveri river catchment area-Western ghat (Bangalore) hills, Kaveri - Moyar river catchment area -Western ghat (Bangalore) hills, Moyar - Bhavani river catchment area - Nilgiri hills, Bhavani-Nangangi river catchment area -Nilgiri hills - Palghat gap - Anai malai-Palani hills, Nangangi - Vaigai river catchment area-Anai malai-Palani-Varushnad hills, Vaigai-Chittar(End) river catchment area – Varushnad -Cardamom hills.

FPC 2 feeding areas are FPC2-Start-Hemavathi river catchment area-Western ghat (Baba buden hills), Hemavathi - Kaveri river catchment area-Western ghat, Kaveri - Kabini river catchment area-Western ghat, Kabini - Nugu river catchment area - Western ghat - Nilgiri hills, Nugu - Palar(South end) river catchment area - Western ghat - Nilgiri hills.

In this way the FPC will be filled by the various river catchment areas, and some of the river catchment areas like Ganga and Yamuna river catchment areas will be feeding the FPC1 continuously.

Interlinking rivers 8 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 7 - Areas irrigated by FPC (Refer Chapter 22.12)This presentation tells about the Areas irrigated by FPC: PC1 is going to irrigate all those areas which are below 475mts AMSL. PC2 is going to irrigate all those areas which are below 875mts AMSL in the Bangalore platue. PC4 is going to irrigate all those areas which are below 225mtsAMSL. All these are tentative values; it may change if the level of the canal changes in the future.

Area Irrigated by FPC1 are the rivers basin where the land is below 475 mts AMSL Bearma, Weinganga – Panch – Kanhan - Wardha-Penganga, Heran – Narmada – Burhner - Banjar, Penganga – Purna – Dudna – Godavari – Manjra – Kagna – Benithora – Sina – Bhīma – Man - Don, Krishna – Malaprabha – Tungabhadra – Chikkahagari – Hagari – Pennar – Papagni - Cheyyaru, Palar – Ponniyar - Kaveri, Moyar – Bhavani – Noyil - Amaravathi, Nangangi - surya(Vaigai) – Arjun - Vaippur, Chittar.

Areas irrigated by FPC1 West Extension are the river basins, where the land is below 475 mts AMSL are Luni to Jawai.

Page 17: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

Area irrigated by FPC1 East Extension are the river basins where the land is below 475 mts AMSL are Son-Hasdo, Tel, Indravathi, Mahanadi to Damodhar, Sankh, Subarnarekha to Hasdo, Seonath.

Bangalore platue is the elevated land present in the south India, which is going to be irrigated by the FPC2.

This way all the lands which are suitable for agriculture will get the water from one of the FPC and thus it is possible to eradicate the drought to the maximum extent.

S5c23 chapter 23 all the water of river Kaveri for Karnataka, if TN gets alternate water.Earth is one of the best sharing objects, it shares water on the surface, at subsurface level, at underground level and in the altitude by various mechanisms like evaporation, filtration, percolation, by gravity and so on. Because of this even if we store the water to the maximum level in the reservoir it will vanish even if we are not releasing the water from the reservoir in the matter of time, and this process of vanishing is rapid if the areas surrounded by the reservoir are drought prone. So any effort to utilize by storing the water which is going to be generated from the Kaveri river catchment area of Bangalore plateau will not workout geologically if the surrounding lands like the lands of Andrapradesh and Tamilnadu are drought prone. So it is very much essential to make all the land drought free in order to make the water to stay in the Bangalore plateau for longer duration / till another rainy season comes.

Interlinking rivers 10 - Interlinking Indian Rivers - Short Presentation 9 - How about using all the water of river Kaveri (Refer Chapter 23.13)This presentation tells about interlinking River Kaveri and its tributaries in Bangalore plateau, India (It is an elevated area of land in the south western part of Deccan area). This solves all the water related problems in Bangalore plateau including disputes related to River Kaveri, if the guidelines and views mentioned in the presentation are completed along with interlinking Ganga to Kaveri.

Interlinking Ganga to Kaveri will provide sufficient water at the level below "500-550 meter above the mean sea level". Thus Tamilnadu need not depend upon water generated from the River Kaveri and its tributaries.

S6c1 chapter 1 facts and figures on agriculture. This chapter contains some of the facts and figures related to agriculture from the time of preparation of the soil bed for seeding till the final consumption as food by the humans, how the food is going to become poisonous / becomes the mediator of infection on the way to the final consumption and its impact on health on the living organisms including the humans, how land pollution is going to kill the normal useful organisms of the earth like earth worm and so on are mentioned.

Page 18: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S6c2 chapter 2 facts and figures on forestry. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to forestry are mentioned like how the area under the cover of forest is decreasing, its impact on the environment, how desertification is increasing, the various causes for deforestation, urbanization and its impact on the forest and so on.

S6c3 chapter 3 agriculture.Cooperative farming is the need of the world to save this earth for our living. I think the people and the leaders of this world will understand the seriousness behind this issue and will take suitable step.

Small scale farming and individual farming has its own limitation with this population explosion. Population explosion made the farming in to smaller and smaller fragments through division and re division, consuming lot of agriculture lands in the name of township and land development for urbanization. Scattered housing and industrialization with very good plans inside and very poor infrastructure in the public level made the agriculture lands consumed in the name of road / railway tract forming. People staying away from the place of work and spending lot of time on the road made the road widening mandatory and further consumed the agriculture land. Small scale farming people spraying the poison on the plant to survive themselves economically makes the un targeted people morbid and killing them very slowly. Small scale farming people suffering loss due to environmental non cooperation, unscientific methods of agriculture, fluctuating marketing values, loss in storage and transportation and so on made them poor day by day and making the farmer to leave his profession and go for some other non productive but economically feasible profession, this leads to increase in the price of food grains.

Cooperative farming can afford costly useful agriculture instruments, agriculture scientist for guidance, assess the demand of the nation in food requirement thus can grow the food item which is in need, thus prevent the market fluctuation and loss, people can involve in the process of nation building and thus the man power can be utilized to the maximum extent with increase in individual and national economy.

S7c1 chapter 1 facts and figures on industry and businessIn this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the present industry and business are mentioned. It is good to know that there is very good income generation in these fields. But it is necessary to achieve still better generation of income with the generated income to reach all the people of the world to make them rich and to remove the poverty. It is well known factor that sustainability of the industry or business depends on the income but not the loss. But even with the generation of plenty of industries and with the people of very good business, and with infinite income, with plenty of job opportunity through these segments, poverty is persisting and the poverty leading to the environmental injury is rapidly progressing (The relation between the 'poverty and the environment' is mentioned at the end of this document). Let all the industry and business persist, but crate the industries and business where it eradicates the poverty and thus saves this earth for our living before this drinking water, breathing air, eating food and the land on which we walk becomes poisonous.

Page 19: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S7c2 chapter 2 industry and business. In this chapter, how we can utilize the natural resources in a eco friendly sustainable way and the man power which is existing in this world to crate the industry and to do business with the basic principle of distribution of income to the people with sustainability in the maintenance of the industry and the business, thus to eradicate the poverty from this world to save this earth for our living is mentioned.

S8c1 chapter 1 facts and figures in education.Education is the transfer of the acquired knowledge and skill necessary to lead the life from elders to the younger and vice versa and it is as old as the existence of life on this earth. The definitions, the borders, the nomenclature, the methods, the analyzing system, the quality, the quantity has changed over the period, with different velocity at different places with new dimensions as the science progressed and as the society changed accepting things after debating and analyzing the right and wrong, and the usefulness of the same.

In this chapter some of the advantages in the present system of education, research base in education, influence of education on the social and economic development, various government policies in the process of providing education to its people, quality of education in different places, factors which retains the students in education or make them dropout, world class best school for few and poor school for many, factors which forces the children to become child labour and its effect on their education, the national literacy rates, private school and the government school, influence of socioeconomic status on the selection of school, geographical access to the school, language selection in education, transition rations in education from one stage to other (example from primary to higher primary education), teachers and infrastructures in school, place of living of the teachers and their preference of school for their children, training to the teachers, higher education in developing countries, role of stigma in education, the university system in higher education, and so on are mentioned. How we can solve some of the problems in these fields is also expressed in short.

S8c2 chapter 2 education.in this chapter an introduction to the education, how we are spending money in the name of education, semester uniform system in education, factors decreasing and increasing the knowledge gain in education, the various factors which makes the child as an educated citizen or the illiterate adult, a scoring system to compare the reasons for not achieving the goals and the solution for the same (shivu's scoring system), primary education, secondary education, pre university education, university education and the subject wise university, necessity of the job counselling centres attached to different boards / universities which is going to assess the need of that particular subject in the society and thus saves lot of money which is spent in the name of education and thus preventing the people unemployed with degree (graduate unemployment), professionalism, ideal future education centres in ideal village setup and the plans for the same (National education services / model village / model nation), sports education for positive health are mentioned.

Page 20: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

S9c1 chapter 1-facts and figures on health.Health is a continuous state of physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, and the person should be able to lead socially and economically productive life (WHO definition). It is very much essential to maintain the health of all the people all the time to keep ourselves healthy, happy and long living. For example you cannot fly peace fully in the flight if someone tells that some people in the same flight is having H1N1 infection. Whether it is communicable disease or non communicable it is necessary to keep all the people healthy. For example a young driver getting painless myocardial infarction can consume the life of all the passengers of his bus or the bus can hit the VIP's car travelling in the same road. So the leaders of the nation / world should not have the attitude that why should I bother if someone is sick somewhere. I feel the leaders of the nation and the world will understand the importance of maintaining the health of all the people with this simple examples. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the health is mentioned and it tells that we have not achieved the goals in health, that, what we can achieve for whatever the reasons. The reason may point towards anything like the doctor, minister, staff of the hospital, availability of the facility, roads, infrastructure, and transportation facility, so on. Let us try to make all the people healthy, young and energetic.

S9c2 chapter 2-health.In this chapter I have mentioned about some points about the health and the society - some scenarios, establishing the centres where will be able to give most of the health care instead of writing reference letter frequently (even in villages - and it is possible with model village and model nation concept), scenarios on the competition between the disease and the treatment and who is going to win for whom, necessity to setting up and maintaining the things and manpower to handle the emergencies, a new nomenclature system for the various brand medicines available in the market to remember them easily and to decrease the mistakes in dispensing and administration of drugs, a new concept in the hospital facility (Village Panchayath Hospital) in contrast to the present 'Primary health centre', better hospital networking all across the nation and the world to access all the health activities from the time of birth of the person, at any time, at any place, to make the people to have positive health with longevity, youthfulness, energetic and happiness.

S10c1 chapter 1-business.This is may request to all the people of this world and to the leaders, let us have the business where everyone gets the profit and no one goes for loss and it eradicates poverty to save our earth for our living. Loss in business can occur at any time due to unexpected events like accidents in the go-downs, spoiled stocks and so on. Let us have the system where we are not going to face loss in any form and that is possible with coordination and cooperation among all the people all across the nation / world.

S11c1 chapter 1-creation of jobs.In this chapter the importance of making use of every available man power in protecting this environment and saving this earth for living, and making everyone happy, healthy and prosperous is mentioned.

Page 21: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

It is necessary to utilize the knowledge of the elders, working power of the younger to make use of this environment in an eco friendly way to lead our life in a better way. It is also important to convert the children as knowledgeable and skill full people for the future, when we become old.

S12c1 chapter 1-facts and figures on transportation. All of us are leading a dependent life, we need to sell our products to different customers at different places, need to go to different places for the purpose of education, for conferences, for functions, to maintain our health, to establish relations (e.g. marriage) and so on, in this way transportation became the integral part of our life.

With the increase in population, with the development of science of transportation technology on land / water / air, many problems related to the various modes of transportation have started, causing injury to this earth through environmental degradation like lot of forest and agriculture lands are consumed in the name of crating the roads and railway tracks thus increasing the deforestation and desertification, traffic related issues, extracting the materials from the lithosphere (e.g. crude oil) and mixing it, in to the troposphere (the environment where the biosphere - living objects exists) and making environmental not suitable for the life through air pollution / land pollution / water pollution, thus making our eating food, breathing air, drinking water, the land on which we stay to become poisonous, and all these events will eventually leads to global warming. Let us imagine how these materials which are extracted from the lithosphere are recycled in the environment and they reach the bottom of the earth plates through air, then through the water, to the bottom of the sea, what chemical and thermal changes which occurs to these materials at each stage and at different levels, what pressure and chemical changes they induce when these chemicals passes in the new different routes at the bottom of the rock bed which supports the upper soil layer are all unknown (Petroleum product/hydrocarbon cycle in the environment).

In this chapter the various types of transportation system, how the number of gas emitting registered vehicles have increased in the last few decades, various types of pollution s (land /water /noise /light /air), accidents, injuries related to road traffic accidents, raising rates of different fuels, money spent on roads / railway tracks and few solutions at appropriate places called convenient road and railway track system of model village and model nation are mentioned.

We need to understand we extract the oil from the lithosphere, we convert the oil in to the gas by running the engines, gas accumulates in the environment, but ultimately it has to reach the lithosphere in its natural cycle. Imagine what chemical and thermal changes takes place in the oil in the lithosphere, oil and gas in the environment, oil / gas in the undersea / underground and until the final destiny in to the lithosphere - will it cause tsunami where there is large chemical / thermal changes under the sea / sea bed and will it cause earthquake when the same chemical and thermal changes happen underground needs to be explored.

S12c2 chapter 2-2 convenient road system and convenient railway track systemCRS - CRTS (convenient road system - convenient railway track system) is the method of identifying the most convenient, short, with minimal elevations / depressions / curves in the path between the

Page 22: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

two places we need to connect with the help of satellite pictures through the clues seen on the surface of the earth like water pathways (rivers) and the mountains / hills. With this we can save time, fuel, cost involved in transportation with less accidents and pollution.

S13c1 chapter 1-facts and figures on child labour.Model village and model nation is the concept generated to have a static population, a static area of land consumed in the name of village / town / city / road / railway track /infrastructure. We all know, the population of the world is growing very rapidly, but most of us will not think, ‘with this population growth there is more forest and agriculture land is consumed in the name of village / town / town development / city / roads / railway tracks / infrastructure and so on’ on one side, and ‘there is increased demand for food with decreased agriculture and forest land’ on the other side. Please take this issue seriously. Small villages / small settlements will further add burden to the road / railway track / electricity channels / infrastructures like school, offices of the public works, revenue department, electricity offices, hospitals, and so on. This burden further increases where there are scattered houses away from the settlement in the farm / forest area and so on. No government can assure hundred feet asphalted double road to all the villages with the present scattered villages, if that is the case then most of the forest and agriculture lands needs to be converted in to roads to connect a single village from all the eight sides. So it is the time to think about decreasing the number of villages by fusing all the small satellite settlements and creating good connecting roads with less number of quality schools, hospitals, offices and other infrastructures. This is the general introduction to the chapter ‘Model village and model nation’.

In this particular chapter, the various causes for child labour, the consequences in their life and its influence on the national development and on others are mentioned. People living away from the main village for various reasons, people earning less with increase in the cost of living might have influenced the parents to push their children to the child labour.

S13c2 chapter 2-facts and figures on corruption. In this particular chapter some of the facts on corruption are mentioned, with model village and model nation, and by digitalising the currency, it is possible to prevent corruption. It also brings an end to all the disputes and the criminal activities involving so called currency. Digitalising currency is possible only, if we have good technology support, and it will work out very much economical as there is no corruption / black money / robberies / chance for criminal activity.

S13c3 chapter 3-facts and figures on crime. In this chapter some of the facts related to the crime are mentioned. With model village and model nation it is possible bring down most of the criminal activities.

S13c4 chapter 4-facts and figures on economy. Here some of the facts and figures related to the economy of the nation and the world is given. Some facts like how economy is distributed to the various purposes including repaying the interest

Page 23: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

for the loans, various segments accounting for the employment and income generation, why some country remain as the low income nation, economic planning and so on are mentioned.

S13c5 chapter 5-facts and figures on government. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the government are mentioned, many a times the money spent in the name of people may not be reaching the intended recipient.

S13c6 chapter 6- facts and figures on health.Health does not mean the 'hospital and the doctors', health is the reflection of nutrition/food, water, environment, air, pollution, society, infrastructure and the leaders intelligence. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to family and health, various causes for death in various age groups in different locations, food insecurity - hunger - under nutrition, why orphanages are increasing, environment - water supply - sanitation -its impact on health care, doctor - population ratio, money spent on health, measures taken by the government still not able to achieve the satisfactory results, why millennium development goals are not achieved and how these can be handled well with model village and model nation are mentioned.

S13c7 chapter 7-facts and figures on infrastructure.Haphazard distribution of population and the population explosion consumes lot of economy in the name of infrastructure, this leads the governments to fail in providing quality infrastructure with long life span to all the people of its country and thus we lose lot of money in this way. Poor infrastructure has got its own disadvantages in terms of maintenance and it leads to lot of accidents and may consume many lives in various ways through trauma, infection, pollution and so on. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the infrastructure are mentioned.

As the population increased, the need of infrastructure increased many folds. This type of disproportionate increase in the demand on infrastructure is due to haphazard distribution of population, population distribution in small hamlets away from the main stream due to various causes like caste, but the government need to provide all the basic infrastructure even to the small population of 200 or 300 people with 30 to 40 houses like good connecting road, good school building with all the needed facility, electricity connection with power station and maintenance infrastructure, water supply system and its maintenance infrastructure, revenue department, public work department and so on. Thus with the increase in the population and increase in the number of villages without any plan for future infrastructure made the government to invest more money on the infrastructure, but increase in the number of villages made the large fund to divide in to smaller and smaller amount, which lead to poor quality in infrastructure. Poor quality infrastructure lead to accidents, more money on maintenance, more waste generation, pollution and so on. So to decrease the investment on infrastructure and to increase the quality - safety - durability of the infrastructure it is very much essential to decrease the number of villages and make the people to live together. Making the people to live together is not the simple thing to do, caste - practices - god - diet come in the way. So the leaders of the world need to think seriously to save this earth, to stop converting the agriculture lands and forest lands in to concrete forest - high ways - train tracks and so on, where

Page 24: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

these things will lead to deforestation, desertification, pollution, global warming and threat to the biosphere.

In this chapter some of the facts and figures related infrastructures are mentioned.

S13c8 chapter 8-facts and figures on life style practices. There was a time where people were not able to identify the cause for the ailments, so they used to try the treatment, they know or they used to pry in different way or they used to practice some rituals or try with some plant products and so on. No one knows about the mechanism of action and the prognosis after giving the treatment for most of the ailments, but still they used to try the same because it was giving some mental satisfaction for the people and they used to feel that they are doing something to get cure for the ailment. But the advantages and the disadvantages of the same were not at all discussed in the gathering through debates as it was confined to one family and as they were not discussed in the media to receive the opinions about the same practice. It is not good to continue the same practice which are not going to give cure for the ailment in a proven way even if is not going to cause harm to the patient but it delays the time in seeking the suitable treatment by the patient and allows the disease to progress and it allows the disease to win in the race between the disease and the treatment to the extent of mortality / death or it may leave the life in a vegetative form with many morbidity. I think the leaders of the world will understand the seriousness behind this widely practiced unscientific rituals and its burden leading to increased mortality, morbidity, loss of workable days, economic loss through the healthcare both in private and public sector as it delays the initiation of treatment.

In this chapter some of the practices that the people practice even in this era of science is mentioned and how these practices are going cause injury to the individual or to the society either directly or indirectly are mentioned.

S13c9 chapter 9-facts and figures on migration. It is a common sense answer that no individual will decide to migrate to some other place without any reason. Majority of the reason for migration includes difficulty to lead the life in a reasonable way due to economic reason like loss in the profession, not able to earn the money needed to lead the life with the present profession in that geographical area, wants to earn more with the skill he has with him, for higher education, through marriages and so on. Statistics says majority of the people are migrated from the rural to urban area, with migration the economic status of the person might have improved or the person may lead even the worst life in the urban area, but he may not mind lead the same life because no one knows about him in this new place. This type of rural to urban migration will lead to problems related to urbanization like pollution, traffic congestion, problems related to water and sanitation and so on.

Government taking the properties of the people like land for road and railway track / industrial purposes / land development / so on and giving compensation will also promote the migration as they lose property in their native village / town and the people may spend the money that they receive as compensation for various reasons and later they may go and settle in some urban area losing their family profession permanently as they may not have any land / property to continue the

Page 25: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

same work in their native village. So it is necessary to plan the system in such a way that, even if the land of some person is used in for the purpose of road / railway track / land development / industrial purpose, still the person should retain the land owner ship in the same village and he should be able to continue the same profession that he knows from his childhood and that is possible only with cooperative farming through Village panchayath association. This step is very important for us to save our earth in a condition which is good for living organisms including the humans.

In this chapter I have mentioned some of the facts and figures about migration like types of migration, causes for migration, economic influences through migration, poverty and migration, urbanization through migration and its ill effects and so on.

S13c10 chapter 10-facts and figures on poverty.Let us think, it is not practically possible to work twenty four hours in a day with utmost sincerity, good character, faithfulness in all the days of the year by one person and even if a person works like this, then also, he will not become the richest person of the world, its means that, there is no relation between the hours of work, character of the person, sincerity in work and so on with richness. So this world is running with the race of intelligence in both legal and illegal way and the most intelligent person for making money will become the rich soon and the people even with intelligence without the intelligence for making the money will remain as poor even with work and working for any number of hours. People working for money to lead the life but not getting the sufficient money to lead the life with this increase in the rate of all the essential materials will make this earth vulnerable for injury like poor people travelling with poor vehicles with increased emission will add to the burden on pollution, overcrowded slums will acts like the reservoir for all the communicable diseases and sudden breakups of diseases can occur at any time and it can involve any person. So it is very much essential to eradicate the poverty to save our planet for our living. I think the seriousness behind it will be understood by our leaders and will work for the same to save our earth for our living.

In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to people living with hungry in different parts of the world, per capita income, wealth distribution, and so on are mentioned.

S13c11 chapter 11-facts and figures on rural development.Government is spending lot of money on rural development. But this is not going to solve all the problems in all the villages because government might have spent many crores of rupees in the name of road, railway track to connect the villages, school, offices and so on, but by the time the government plans all these for one village and there are eight more satellite villages already popped in all the eight direction around one village due to various reasons. By the time the government plans all the infrastructure to one village then to the next satellite village the infrastructure of the first village is already in a bad shape and needs to be replaced. In this way the government need to spend lot of money repeatedly and will not be able to concentrate on the quality because the demand is so high as the population is increasing in a rapid phase with division and re division of the people in the name of religion - caste - community - god - diet - practice and so on.

Page 26: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

In this chapter some of the government projects to improve the rural economy, empower the women in rural area, steps taken by the government to eradicate the poverty are mentioned. With model village and model nation plans it is possible to create good and durable infrastructure with better service with less maintenance can be created. With better rural economy it is possible to increase the economy of the urban area and thus the national economy.

S13c12 chapter 12-facts and figures on solar energy.Solar energy, wind energy and the hydro electrical energy are the safe energy sources to the environment, when compared to the atomic energy and the energy from the petroleum products. With model village and model nation plans it is possible to create huge solar energy units and it is possible to utilize the solar energy to the maximum extent.

S13c13 chapter 13-facts and figures on some statistics. In this chapter some of the statistics related to gross domestic product, per capita income, life expectancy, crude death rate and so on are mentioned. With model village and model nation plan it is possible to increase the GDP, per capita income and life expectancy.

S13c14 chapter 14-facts and figures on subsidies. If a nation is giving more subsidies means that nations has more people with poverty. This type of nation will be unable to make the people earn more, but makes the people to sit without work, make the people to make repeated loans, make them unable to repay the loan, again and again. If the people are unable to repay the loan or expects more subsidies, then the people who lead the government need to understand why people are going for repeated loss and what is making them go for repeated loss and suitable measures needs to be taken. For example if the farmer is not able to repay the loan or expects subsidies due to less rain, then, the government should take appropriate measure to provide irrigation for his land, make him grow good croup, create suitable market or the industry for the product and make the farmer rich, instead of giving subsidy and repeat the subsidy every year and losing all the money in this way and making all the new born to born with the loan on their head and make the nation vulnerable to occupy by others in an indirect way through the economic hold. We need to understand that it is because of poor understanding of the interrelationship between the environment - agriculture - marketing - economy of the individuals and the nation by our leaders and they spending the money of the nation in the ways like subsidies and loan repayment cancellation to sustain the people with poverty but not making them to die (at least the subsidies and loan repayment cancellation will prevent the death of people with poverty, in that way the governments which gives subsidies / loan repayment cancellation are doing great jobs).

In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to government subsidies are mentioned.

S13c15 chapter 15-facts and figures on unemployment.Unemployment problem will arise when a skilled person does not get his basic needs for his profession (for example irrigation for the farmer), or a skilled person does not able to adjust for the new job which is not related to his university degree (for example the university degree holding son

Page 27: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

of the farmer will be wasting decades in his life looking for the job in a government office instead of involving in the farm work with his father, and he will be telling to his friends that 'farming is not a good job and we will go for loss because there are no rains for many years' and it may be the truth also).

'Every second of every person is important and that needs to be utilized in a constructive ways through the programs and policies'. If the leaders thinks that ‘only their time is precious - others are not so important’, and if they fail to make the policies in such a way that, even the child which is going to be born after ten years will also get some job in suitable way soon after his education, then that nation is not going to develop with the phase other nation and the people of that nation is going to suffer a lot in various ways.

A university which generates the degree holder needs to understand the need of that degree in the society before it generating that degree holder to eradicate the graduate unemployment problem. More unemployment will lead more burden on the environment, it is because an unemployed person in the period of unemployment in his life will be leading unproductive life during his unemployment period, but he will be utilizing all the products of environment through his food, cloth, shelter and so on, thus there is a negative balance in the life and in the environment. I think the leaders of this world will understand the interrelationship between the unemployment and the sustainability of the environment and will create this world in such a way that all the people of the world will be involved in one or the other eco friendly productive activity and thus leads a happy and prosperous life.

In this chapter I have mentioned about some of the facts like rate of unemployment, labour laws, labour force, marketable skills, professional skills, adult unemployment, graduate unemployment, and so on.

S13c16 chapter 16-facts and figures on urbanisation.Urbanization with all the amenities became the need for the affordable class of people. Urban slums are the people who lead the life in a bad condition where they do not have other ways to lead the life better than this, suffer a lot, acts like the reservoir of disease and spread the communicable diseases even to the affordable class of people. Traffic related issues, sanitation, transportation, domestic water supply, pollution are some of the major issues which will stick to the problem of urbanization. Now our leaders started solving these problems with fly over’s, metros, underground canal transportation, one way roads, pumping water from the rivers to the cities, identifying places to manage the waste, and so on. Do you think will these types of problems will solve by constructing more number of fly over’s?

Please understand the solution for all these problems are not present in the urban area, but it is present in the rural area. People should stop migrating towards the urban areas, and that is possible only when the people who live in the village gets good income for their effort in their own village, good school for their children, better recreation facility in their own village and that is possible with model village - model nation plan. With model village and model nation people will stop migrating towards the urban areas and in fact those who have properties in their native village will move back to their village and thus the burden of urbanization will decrease. The leaders of this world will

Page 28: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

understand this concept and will work in this way. Some of the facts and figures related to the urbanization are mentioned in this chapter.

S13c17 chapter 17-facts and figures on waste management.Increased production of waste which are solid, electronic, gaseous, liquid, bio hazard /medical, industrial and so on are the result of modern world due to rapid growth in population, urbanization, industries and so on. Now it is becoming the threat to the people who live close to the waste dumping / treating areas and later it will becomes the threat to the entire biosphere and to the life of all the organisms. So it is very much essential to prevent uncontrolled urbanization, convert all the waste in to useful materials through recycling at the suitable level. Model village and model nation plan can handle the waste management in a better way. In this chapter some of the facts and figures related to the waste management are mentioned.

S13c18 chapter 18-different blocks in the model village (auto cad drawings). In this chapter the various plans for the model village and the model nation are given as the prototype. The original drawings are in auto cad drawing. This chapter is an over view of the plans of the model village and model nation. Various blocks like office block, school blocks, sports blocks, residence, hospital blocks, cow keeping blocks, agriculture product processing block, and so on are mentioned. It is planned in such a way that, no one need not utilize any type of vehicle inside the village to reach different blocks, as the inter building bridges brings all the needy places in walk able distance, thus we can reduce the utilization of vehicle and the fuel to maximum level, thus the pollution and traffic congestion.

S13c19 chapter 19-model village and model nationModel village and model nation is the concept generated to have a static population, a static area of land consumed in the name of village / town / city / road / railway track /infrastructure. We all know the population of the world is growing very rapidly, but most of us will not think that with this population growth there is more forest and agriculture land is consumed in the name of village / town / town development / city / roads / railway tracks / infrastructure and so on, on one side and there is increased demand for food with decreased agriculture and forest land on the other side. Please take this issue seriously. Small villages / small settlements due to 'diet - god - practice - caste - religion' will further add burden to the road / railway track / electricity channels / infrastructures like school, offices of the public works, revenue department, electricity offices, hospitals, and so on. This burden further increases where there are scattered houses away from the settlement in the farm / forest area and so on. No government can assure hundred feet asphalted double road to all the villages, if that is the case then most of the forest and agriculture lands needs to be converted in to roads to connect a single small village from all the eight sides. So it is the time to think about decreasing the number of villages by fusing all the small satellite settlements and creating good connecting roads with the adjacent model village, decreasing the number of schools – hospitals – offices - other infrastructures with increased quality, safety and durability.

S14c2 chapter 2-instruments, land mark boards and accessories used in this project. In this chapter some of the instruments necessary to carry out the work of this project are mentioned in the picture form with descriptions.

S15c1 chapter 1-currency.It is very much essential to digitalise the currency in order to prevent the robberies, crimes, corruption, black money and similar things. But this needs good technology support. This works out cheaper as we compare the money involved in printing the notes, money involved as black money, the police and law system involved in controlling the robberies and illegal activities, money involved in corruption and so on. Activities related to the money are already digitalised in a partial way through ATM's, internet banking, mobile banking, card swiping in shops and so on.

S15c2 chapter 2-say ‘no to currency’ in transaction.Until the currency exist the corruption will also persists. It is very much essential to replace all the notes and coins with the thumb and card system and record all the activities which involve the money to prevent the robberies, crimes, corruption, black money, fake currency / notes and similar things. Activities related to the money are already digitalised in a partial way through ATM's, internet banking, mobile banking, card swiping in shops and so on.

S15c3 chapter 3-corruption in transaction.Money remains the same in anyone’s hand, whether it is earned legally or illegally. A nation going poor with the money handled by bad people with good position is going to damage the environment in various ways like construction of poor quality structure with more estimation will make the structure to become damaged soon with generation of waste and consumption of next round of materials from the environment. There is a saying that anyone who plucks the honey will lick his hands, in the same way anyone who handles the money will also keep some percentage for his sincere work and he will use his position, degree and intelligence to handle the things. So it is very much essential to digitalis e the currency in order to prevent all types of corruption, black money and similar things and to save this earth for our living.

S16c1 chapter 1-per capita income a case scenario.Deforestation, desertification, poverty, pollution, malnutrition, corruption, robberies, quarrels, destruction, war, drought, sufferings, diseases and such things are the consequences of population explosion, egoism, over ambition, un satisfactions, jealousy, un cooperation, in co ordination, results

in environmental destruction, making our biosphere poisonous, we losing our earth for our living soon.

In this chapter we have mentioned, how we can increase our per capita income with cooperation and co ordination among the people in a step wise manner.

S16c2 chapter 2-past-present-future.In this chapter we have compared some of scenarios of the past and how it changed in the present, and what can happen if the same situation continuous or what can happen if we work together with cooperation and coordination to save this earth for our living are mentioned.

S16c3 chapter 3-the future. In this chapter stress has been given for cooperation and co ordination among the people to save our life and to save this earth for our living.

Contents of this book - section chapter (Includes all the chapters). This presentation gives complete list of all the chapters of this book 'Views to make this ‘World’ developed and this ‘Earth’ as the lovely place for every ‘Human’.

The author dr Shivu. This is about the author Dr Shivu who wrote his views to make this 'world developed'.

Preface to this book. The main aim of this book is to make this ‘World’ developed and this ‘Earth’ as the lovely place for every ‘Human’, but not to criticize the present system. These are my opinions, I know efforts are taken from centuries to make this world / earth a more suitable place for life of all the living creatures including humans, but this is my concern expressed in this way and the rest is left to the discretion of the leaders and the people of this world.

Eradicate poverty to save our Planet. It is very much essential to eradicate poverty with repeated loss in agriculture to save our planet. In this aspect I have mentioned few points relating the poverty with the environment.

1. Poverty makes the people to depend on the products which are cheap, thus they may be of the low quality with short life span, thus leads to increased waste generation and its impact on the environment.

Page 31: Summary of the book 'views to make this world developed

2. Poverty makes the people to depend on the low cost transportation vehicle, thus these vehicles will emit more emission in the nature leading to the pollution.3. Poverty makes the people to depend on the free / cheap / charitable hospitals, where these organisations face more demand than the supply thus these organisations may make the people to become symptomatically better but may make them chronic carrier or a morbid person with the brand of ‘no disease’. Example dispensing the medicines for two or three days in the place of five to seven day course may lead to drug resistant strains and later these microbes may infect the other people. 4. Poverty makes the people to live in unhygienic atmosphere, may have poor sanitary facility, may be practising open air defecation and so on. All these will lead to surface water contamination and will facilitate the spread of communicable diseases.5. Poverty makes the people to live in poor - over crowded house, make them to travel in overcrowded bus / train and make the environment suitable for the spread of communicable diseases.6. Poverty makes the people to have Poor food (food combination with poor nutrition) leading to poor build, low blood proteins and immunoglobulin’s, thus the malnutrition related diseases and they act as the reservoir for diseases apart from the multiple sufferings.7. Poverty makes the people to depend on the poor quality school or their profession making them to live away from the school leads to ‘late to start in education’ for their children and less gain of knowledge and more dependency. 8. Poverty makes the people to compare their life with the life of the rich, with this respect some strong poor man looking at the lifestyle of the rich, thus he wants to become rich in short span and indulging himself in crime to get the money thinking that he can lead better life in the future.9. Poverty makes the people not to earn more wealth, and this mechanism is complex and common sense will make us understand how it is happening. This leads to poor per capita income – poor nutrition – poor life style – poor build – poor work capacity at the individual level and poor tax collection – poor national economy – poor investment on education / health / infrastructure of the nation. Poor education / health / infrastructure organised through the government will increase the individual expense and environmental deterioration (e.g. Poor road leads to less mileage and increased emission).10. Nation with the people of poverty with less build – less knowledge – more diseases makes the nation to import more essentials materials / equipments and medicines in large quantity for higher price and it may be unaffordable for the common person or the common person has to get it by investing his life time earning, thus the person remains poor and thus the nation remains poor.11. Poverty makes the poor farmers to spry the insecticides any number of times to save their crop, thus makes the food poisonous and the also the land pollution.12.Poverty makes the farmers to sell their products in an unhygienic way where many food born diseases will add to the food on the way to its final consumption.

Eradicating Poverty is the need to save the earth for our younger generation; otherwise we will land up in grave problems related to environmental issues like deforestation, desertification, global warming, diseases related to poor chemical and microbiological quality of the water, poor air quality, harmful rays entering the atmosphere due to high emission rate, and so on.
