• Mobile apps get done and deleted very quickly because they have no long-term benefits/value

• Interesting idea: Just like Apple has done the Passbook, the Healthbook should be done with the release of their next operating system.

Applied Content Management: Companies need process policies- such as a 12 month content plan, outlining exactly which content is to be presented and where, across 12 month time

frame.

o This avoids situations like an agency of a pharma company engaging in irrelevant/contradictory/unpermitted involvement or promotion- ie, accidentally posting a message on a social media platform to visit a page of the company that was not approved for public consumption.

• Tip: Categorize value in social media with Metric Pyramid Reach? Traffic? ’Likes’ are measurable indicator but wont

necessarily drive sales!

Just pick the correct metrics which are most important for you and rank them in a pyramid hierarchy
