Leasing: a contractor concedes the benefit of a good (moving and not-consummable goods or real estates) to another subject, upon payment. At the due date, this subject can choose if buy that good, ask for the substitution of the good, give the good back or continue with the contract paying a lower price.

Factoring: a businessman is obliged to transfer his current and future credits to another businessman, who will «supervise» these payments.

Engineering: a subject commits to a company the work of develop and realize a project, upon payment.

Franchising: a conractor acquires the right to use the name, the trademark, the sign, and to sell the products of a company, upon a periodic payment.
