SUMMARY

PT Chazaro Gerbang International (CGI)providesadvisory and consultancy that focussingon energy engineering services as the main company activities; particularly with environmentally needs. CGI was established by notarial deed Djejem Widjaja , SH . No. 40 , dated 2 September 1994. The above mentiioned specific activities within CGI scope was in line with the Indonesian Government policy in energy which to increase contribution of renewable energy share in the national energy map to be achieved by year 2025. During the last 20 years since year 1995,CGIhas contributedin renewable energy development through variouslyadvisory works and consultancy services including but not limited to the efficiecy concept of energy utilization as well as in energy planning and implementation. In carrying out our activities, CGI professionals personnelperform their duties with fully support support from all of our competent expertsin theireach fieldsof disciplines, management and operation.In addition, CGI normally completed the services with perfect measuring equipment (hardware), proper software and by qualified personnel.

VISIONANDMISSION

Indonesian territory is categorized in the sense of an abundance of tropical climate boundless energy in the form of sunlight intensity, potential hydrologi streams, wind energy conversion as well as some resource categories-renewable energy such as various biomass-biogas feedstock and gigantic geothermal energy prospects.

PT Chazaro Gerbang Internasional (CGI) has put forward the vision and mission scenario in resource utilization of renewable energy by effectively planning and on environmentally needs.

In carrying out work and activity as a business, PT Chazaro Gerbang Internasional (CGI)always be guided in accordance with the vision and mission of the company to increase the share and it contribution of renewable energy in the national energy map through innovated resolutions in each proposals/planning and execution of work related to the effisient energy conversion and energy conservation.

4. EPCWorks Supervision Services One of the rising cost of investment - mostly in the form of cost over-run - caused by implementing management systems EPC activities. CGI helps act as EPC management and monitoring of the implementation of the work as well as planned audit work and costs.

5. Training Personnel / Capacity Building

Armed with experience and personal skills in the mastery of technology in the field of planning and conservation of energy conversion, CGI has been trusted by partners such as the International Oxford Policy Management (OPM), ADB, Unindo, EID or FID to provide training programs for management and staff are some of the IPP, investors and financial institutions funding the project investment.

The scope of training includes the concept of planning, methodology development, control and regulation of energy development issues, analysis of the structure of the investment cost and risk mitigation on financing investment plans of various types of power projects.

2015

1. Pre-FS Biomass Power Plant Mangsang

Biomass Power Plant will be developed to fully utilize excess waste production of Palm Oil Refinery (60 ton/hour) own by PT Binakarya Eramandiri of MHL Group. The Plant capacity 10 MW and around 50% of the feed stock is being supplied from BKEM plant while remaining to be supply from neighboring plants. Pre-FS done in May 2015 and Full FS will be conducted after agreement made between BEM and PLN, expected in Desember 2015. Target completion time will be around 4 months

2. Investment Grade Audit (IGA) Petrochemical Industries As sub contractor, in cooperation with PT Energy Management Indonesia (Persero)to perform energy audit in 3 (three) petrochemical industries for optimization program with a committed investment plan to be implemented starting year 2016. The project involving 1. PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) located at East Java 2. PT. Phapros tbk at Semarang Central Java 3. PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk at Cilegon, West Java The project was started in August 2015 to be completed by the 2nd week November 2015

3. Feasibility Study Biomass Power Plant Penajam Penajam Biomass power plant project, capacity 9.5 MW was located at Paser Utara District of East Kalimantan. The project was designed to utilize excess waste of Palm Oil Refinery (6o ton/hour) own by PT. Megah Hijau Lestari (MHL). Around 50% feed stock to be supplied from MHL plant while other will be from neighboring plant. The study began in July 2015 including feedstock analysis, energy characteristic evaluation to evaluate feed stock requirement for the plant. The study was also investigated available boiler type in the market being matched to feedstock quality and availability. Energy balance analysis was performed based on finding result.

4. Preliminary FS of Tangka Minihydro Plant

Project developer : PT. Techno Utama Energi Semesta (TEUS). Tangka Minihydro Power Generating Plant is located at Sinjai of South Sulawesi along the Tangka river. Estimated water flow measured at the survey date was around 10 m3 to 12 m3/second. Based on field measurement result, Tangka power plant potential capacity will be around 8 MW The project will be continued with a feasibility study pending status awaiting principal approval from PLN and the local authority

5. Grid Connectec Feasibility Study for Kahaya Minihydro Power Plant Project developer : PT. Safari Utama Energy Sinjai. Tangka Minihydro Power Generating Plant is located at Bulukumba of South Sulawesi along the Kahaya Village. Capacity 2 X 1.5 MW Project Started on Januari to March 2016. Calculate grid capacity that can fit into the medium-voltage network 20 KV.

2014 1. Solar Panel Installation Design at Jakarta International Airport

Jakarta International Cengkareng Airport consume approximately 20 MW, from PLN (grid) and spot diesel power generation. In order to participate in the 'green energy program, AP2 management decided to install solar module in their building; started at roof-top of Main Building and Parking Area at 120 kWp and 720 kWp respectively and other 360 kWp at the different building. This program was planned to replace approximately 2000 kWh of daylight electricity consumption being supplied from the grid which will avoid around 1500 ton CO2 emission a year.

=> Design 'on-grid' system for a daylight consumption, excess power to be tied into the grid

=> Detailed design including modification of the parking facility structure and at the roof top building

=> Engineering design covering environment information into the display monitor

The project was initiated in July 2014 and completed within 4 months

2. Solar Module Installation For Pertamina Refinery Unit - Kasim, Papua

Oil refinery plant Pertamina RU-VII, Kasim area-Papua need additional power supply for increasing activity and photovoltaic installation was selected for the 'green energy' and technical consideration. Total 420 - 450 kWp of PV capacity was selected based on energy balance exercise. A hybrid PV (420 KWp) and Diesel Generator (1200 kW) will be configured to supply 3,000 kWh/day electricity. Approximately 2000 AH battery system shall be installed in the system. => Hybrid system, 'on-grid' with current power plant for continues supply => Detailed design at multi location area covering 4500 m2 roof-top and land => Engineering design for energy efficiency and as the back up system

3. Reviewed Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design of mini hydro power Gumanti located at Kabupaten Solok, West Sumatera Barat at total capacity 13 MW in 3 stages cascade systemfor MSSI – Canada

4. Workshop / Capacity Building on Renewable Energy Baru for PIP

PIP is an Indonesian agency (under the Finance Dept. ROI ) authorized to manage government investment-fund in infrastructure projects - including in energy sectors- being developed by private company or corporation. Under a bid process, OPM appointed CGI to conduct capacity building for the PIP key personnel; i.e " investment key point in project development" and "eisk mitigation in a renewable energy projects". Special focus in Mini hydro and Biomass / Biogas development =>Introduce SWOT analysis of project component, milestone, regulation and

Assessment of Energy Demand and Pre-Feasibility Study for Biogas Plant Construction to treat the animal waste effluent. Cakung slaughter house(CSH)is one of the largest slaughter house in Jakarta and has, basically,already been equipped with modern technologies. The energy demand for CSH operationissatisfied by PLN grid. Incase of emergency, back-up diesel genset Will take over the electricity supply. The electricity used in CSH isused to generate hot water for particularly cleaning the facilities against fatty substance sticking, provide lighting, run the machinery, and operate cold storage. From the energy cost and supply point of views, CSH does not face any problem. CSH, however, faces Problem in handling the generated animal wastes (i.e.sheep, cows,and buffalo) from stabled and slaughtered animals.The land fill method to dump the waste is no longer environmentally save to be continued as it will destroy e.g. groundwater quality and odor. Thepre-feasibility study recommends processing the animal waste through anaerobic digestion. The generated biogas can be used to produce hot water orgenerate electricity, hencereducing the electricity bill to PLN. Thebio-sludge can be sold and/or used as fertilizer.

Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) Survey on Energy Use and Saving Measures in Sgar Industries Project Description Sugar factory basically requires two types of energy to run the process, i.e.heat and mechanical. Heatis Required to process and cook the so-called sugar juice extracted from sugar cane. The mechanical energy is, on the other side, required to run the machinery. Aim of the survey is to: a. Investigate the energy balance of the process b. Identification of the energy losses c. Evaluation of the energy saving potential, measures, and benefits The survey identify that there are different way show the mechanical energy is generated. In old sugar factories, the mechanical energy provided by steam engines and the mechanical transfer is performed by belt. Insomenew factories, the mechanical energy is provided by a mixture

between steam engine and electromotor. The energy demand of both process steam and mechanical/electricity is provided by bagasse (biomass waste from sugar cane) through co-generation energy conversion. The evaluation from various sugar industries conclude that the energy saving potential in the existing sugar industries is very significant. Utilizing the proper equipment and management system, sugar industry may require only 40% of the generated bagasse.

Improvement of Technical Performance of Wood Gasification System. Scoop of work : Two similar wood gasification systems WGS), manufactured by two German companies: FritzWernerand Imbert,to generate of approximately 50kW electricity were installed and tested in the village of Picon, West Java. This testis conducted under supervision of the Agency for Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT). Aim of the testis to qualify the performance, efficiency, reliability, and techno-economic characteristics of the systems. The test found that the wood feeding, gas cleaning, and gas cooling systems have to be improved in order to have the save andreliable operation of the system. The wood feeding system is modified from manual in to automatic feeding system. The originally installed cyclone, wet cooler, Electrostatic precipitator, and some control system had been dismantled and replaced by a new special designed gas filter,air cooler,gas-air mixer, and electronic engine speed regulator. After promising testin Picon,the WGS isrelocated to saw-mill factory belonging PT In hutaniat Sampit, South Kalimantan, wherea large potential of wood waste is available.
