Those motions are to be moved at the conclusion of todays Debate, after the decision on the motion before the House on Income tax (charge). They will be decided without debate (Standing Order No. 51(3)). The Speaker has certified that Motion number 3 relates exclusively to England and Wales and Northern Ireland and is within devolved legislative competence (Standing Order No. 83U).
