Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Looking for experienced and innovative Engineer who has got experience with ORC cycles of any kind and who is interested in in future research in this field. The responsibilities will be split between real life project technology deployment and R&D duties At SUMEC matrix structure the position shall perform the duty of Leading technologist on the Project Management horizontal structure and head of R&D on vertical corporate structure

PM Structure duties: • Cooperate on Geothermal Powerplant Design • Cooperating closely with both internal and external geologists, technologists and suppliers • Communicating various options with customers • Modeling and proposing solutions for particular Projects’ phases • Performing Ranking Cycle calculations based on Geology team outputs • Application of various fluids and remodeling based on Heating Conditions • General understanding of Power Generation side of GTPP , grid connection etc. • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

R&D - Corporate Structure duties: • Cooperate on development and improvements of:

o ORC turbines and expanders o GTPP components (boilers, evaporers, exchangers etc… o Monitoring systems

• ORC based Powerplant Design for special applications (especially low temperature apps.) Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Practical knowledge in the fields of: • High school diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Physical Science, Chemistry or similar “ORC” related (degree is

an advantage) • Orientation in EU gas safety regulations and especially in practical application of Zeotropic and Azeotropic blends,

Supercritical CO2 etc. ) • Project Management proficiency is an advantage (PMI or similar) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and

external customers • Excellent computer proficiency PC+Mac (MS Office – Word, Excel) • Proficiency in AutoCad is an advantage • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing

exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given,

prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • Fluent English • Valid driving license and ability to drive across Europe
