Are you interested in a job that is rewarding and gives you the opportunity to work as part of a team that is dedicated in assisting the people we support of all ages to live as contributing, valued members of the community? If your answer is yes, we currently have the following positions available.

RESIDENTIAL:

Direct Support Professional – Full Time and Relief Training/guidance to people we support in the performance of daily living skills

COMMUNITY SERVICES AND INCLUSION:

Relief CSI Provider – Part Time and Relief Provide assistance at home and in the community for individuals living throughout Sullivan County. Hours vary

DAY PROGRAM:

Day Hab Provider – Full Time and Relief Training/guidance to the people we support in the performance of ADL’s & community support

SULLIVAN INDUSTRIES:

Job Coach –Relief Provide training, assistance & supervision to people we support at various work sites in the community

CLINIC:

Physical Therapist – Full Time

Position is divided between Sullivan/Orange County with the majority of the time in Orange County. A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy with current certifi cation/licensure by the NYS Education Department or be in the process of obtaining necessary certifi cation/licensure is required. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist - Part Time or Fee Based Services

The position requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with certifi cation/licensure by the State of New York and 1 year CCC required. CFY’s are welcome to apply. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.

All positions require a valid, clean NYS driver’s license with a minimum of eighteen (18) months driving experience with a Class D license.
