INCENTIVESIn September 2013, dubai government announced an initiative to incentivise hotel owners and fast-track construction of 4 star hotels. Under this initiative, eligible developments are granted a concession on the standard 10% Municipality Fee which is levied on the room rate for each night of occupancy.
