SUGGESTIONS«.1 : A compiled form of mandatory laws, should be included inthe education system, according to their standards. i.e.

6thstandard ± knowledge of Indian judiciary system

7thstandard- knowledge of constitution of India

8thstandard- knowledge of I.P.C (mandatory section)

9thstandard-knowledge of CR.P.C (mandatory section)

10 th standard- compiled form of all previous books.

And every candidate should have to crack the exam to getdegree or passing certificate.

Examination paper should set by ³ THE LAW MINISTRY ´

BENEFITS :

People will hesitate to do crime, after getting knowledge of law. They will be able to understand their responsibilities &rights. They cannot mold by any lawyer or any officer of thecourt.

PENALITIES:

Strict action should be taken against person, who knows

the law, but despite he/she broke it. Action should also be taken against the person who do notknow the law and broke it. F irm action should taken against person, who reveals thathe is unknown about the law, but it is not true.

2 : Date of hearing should not proceed further at any case .

PENALITIES:

If proceed, then fine should be applied on against whom case islodged, by the senses of judge which could be further divided

between lodger and court.

F ine should be charged according to case, by the judge.

BENEFITS:

Profitable for court and complaint lodger in the monetaryterms. People will hesitate to get further date.

This will reduce the burden of courts. Date wants only by convict not by lodger, because lodger want justice as soon as possible.

3 : Working hours of the judges should 24×7 and working should be in two shifts.

4 : Minimum time for justice is 2 months & maximum time is 6months. But in this period if no any result/evidences comes onwhich basis justices should be taken, then it¶s up to the judge totake decision according to their own senses.

5: No any case should lodge against a person, who have already5 cases in criminal hearing and 7 for civil cases. Even for more

then this amount they should be convicts life time imprisonment.

BENEFITS:

C riminal as well as civil cases will reduce. People will hesitate to do crime.

6 : There should be courts, which do only compromises in cases.

If parties are not satisfy then they can lodge the case in higher courts.

7: It is up to the high court, whether to forward the case to theSupreme C ourt or not. Or matter belong with interest of nation

should be lodge in the Supreme C ourt.BENEFITS:

Extra burden will reduce from the supreme court.

8 : C ourts should offer their best lawyers to the file petitioner, if he/she belongs to below poverty line on basis of governmentexpenditure.

9 : Police should co-operate to find out evidences against thecriminals if they hesitate do, then action should be taken againstthem.

10 : People should encourage to be co-operative for each other aswell as for nation and should generate brother hood policy.

11 : There should be establishment of sub division of districtcourts in each area having judge, lawyer and police. This should

be the initial stage to solve any case.

BENEFITS:

C ase will be solved in the initial levels.

12 : Each government department should have their own judiciary system as well as Indian defence.

BENEFITS:

C ases will reduce and over burden will also reduce . No delay for justice.

13: Instead of opening new installation for courts, governmentshould take some government and private installation i.e.schools and colleges , for evening courts.

BENEFITS:

No need to establish new installation for courts. Not huge investment will required in monetary terms. C ourts quantity will increase. C ourts shortage will remove. Due to good quantity of courts, people will get justicewithout delay.

14 : Quantity of mobile courts should increase.

1 5: Each rural area should consist at least one court, may be byhiring colleges or schools.

16 : Judges should be intellectual as well as educated by this waythey can take judgment on basis of their own senses.

1 7: If it is possible then impeachment process should beimplement for terminating of judges.

BEEFITS:

Judges will hesitate to take action in favor of the people ,who are in touch with them, because of their fear of

termination. Transparency will be in judgment
