495 was added to the Real PropertyTax Law and requires the School Dis-trict to attach to its proposed budgetan exemption report. Said exemptionreport will show how much of the totalassessed value on the final assessmentroll used in the budgetary process isexempt from taxation. The report will

list every type of exemption granted,identified by statutory authority, andwill show the cumulative impact of eachtype of exemption expressed either asa dollar amount of assessed value or asa percentage of the total assessed valueon the roll, the cumulative amount ex-pected to be received from recipientsof each type of exemption as paymentsin lieu of taxes (PILOT) or other pay-ments for municipal services, and thecumulative impact of all exemptionsgranted.
