The Real Equifax Small Claims Hack!

First things first!

CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFY

• GO TO EQUIFAX WEBSITE AND TYPE IN YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND MAKE

SURE YOU ARE AN AFFECTED PARTY.

• Go to https://www.equifaxsecurity2017.com/am-iimpacted/

• Follow the instructions.

• Screen shot and print the page stating you were affected

• (Example on next page)

• This is critical as it is your evidence!

Welcome to your step by step guide and cut and paste lawsuit for $12,000.00, for San Francisco Small Claims Court.

By following these directions any one can bring and most likely win

a small claims case against Equifax Inc. for its recent negligent acts.

The bots don’t work, and skip necessary parts of the procedures

utilized to maintain a lawsuit, and joining a class action only gets

attorneys handling the case paid. Therefore, as the old saying goes, if

you want something done, it is best to handle it yourself. This

presentation lets you do that!

Step One: You need three copies of everything

Copy and paste the letter to your right, and all three

pages of it (Other two pages on next slide.) Fill in your

name and address at the top where it says Plaintiff. Then

mail, BY CERTIFIED MAIL, the letter to the address

provided where it says “To.” You must do this by law,

prior to filing your suit with the Small Claims Court. Do

not skip this step.

Step Two: YOU NEED THREE COPIES OF

EVERYTHING!

Download the Small Claims Pleading Form to your right,

which is continued on the next couple slides. All relevant

information has already been filled out correctly for you. If

for some reason you are unable to download the form from

here, then go to http://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm, and

download the SC-100 form yourself. Then fill out the form

as indicated, while either leaving or copying exactly the

information already filled out on the form in the

appropriate places as shown on the next few slides.

Step Two Continued:YOU NEED THREE COPIES OF

EVERYTHING!

Fill in your name in section one, and check no boxes.

Sections two and three have been done correctly for you, so allow them

to remain as is. If you can not directly download a printable version of

the form from here, then fill in your answers to section two and three

exactly as has been done in the form to the right while changing

absolutely nothing.

Step Two Further Continued:YOU NEED THREE COPIES OF

EVERYTHING!

Continue as you did on last form. Here you must fill in the zip code where

you live in section six, and then print and sign down at the bottom of the form.

Remember, if you had to download a blank judicial Counsel form SC-100, to

copy the filled out answers as indicated here in the prefilled form.

This form must accompany all other forms. There are no

such things as spare parts in law.

Step Three:

Copy and paste or download the MC-031, exactly as

shown to the right. The format and length must remain

the same, changing only the addition of your name in the

blank area on the first line.

Step Four:

• Go down to the Civil Court located at 400 Mc Allister in San Francisco. Take the entirety of all your printed, filled out, and signed forms to the Small Claims Court window (ALL THREE COPIES). If financial ability is an issue, you may seek a fee waiver form. Why? Because justice in this country is not dependent on financial status!

• The Clerk will stamp your copies, and give you a court date.

• ONE COPY TO COURT.

• ONE COPY TO EQUIFAX INC.

• ONE COPY FOR YOU!

Step Five:

• Mail by CERTIFIED MAIL ONLY, have any sober and competent adult OTHER THAN YOURSELF mail a single copy to Equifax care of the person and address located on page two, section two of the SC-100 form as provided.

STEP SIX:

Have the same person you had mail the copy to

Equifax, to honestly fill out the form to the right, and

then give a copy of the signed and filled out Proof of

Service to the small claims clerk.

And you will officially be suing Equifax Inc, for this latest breach and for failing to protect your personal data!

Now caveat…. It is actually illegal to file a lawsuit or threaten a lawsuit which you are in fact not ready and willing to take to court. Therefore, you most likely will have to file, and maybe even actually appear in Small Claims Court to get your money. However, don’t sweat it, because (A) the lawsuit I provided you is good law, (B) these crooks ARE guilty of what is alleged in the complaint, (c) meaning short of you failing to appear or you being completely incapable of formulating the most basic oral summery of the facts, or being unable to simply state “Your honor I chose to rest my arguments upon the writings alone”…. The judge will be ruling in your favor. So go down to Civil Small Claims Clerk, and file the complaint. When you are done, it should look like this: (next page)
