1. Section10300 Metal Lockers 2.1: Wardrobe lockers shall be 90” high not 84” high
Accessories and features of wardrobe lockers shall be as specified and include: Document holder 3 Hook adjustable bracket assembly Interior drawer unit
Wardrobe lockers shall be furnished and installed with manufacturer’s electrical “plug and play” component.
2. Section10300, 2.3
Evidence pass thru lockers shall be equal to Spacesaver Model Numbers” 36” – EDSPO5MS3V (includes mail slot and refrigerated unit) 24” – ED3P12
3. Section 10300 2.4 – Gun lockers shall be as shown on the plans and as follows: 2 each EDHGF01 1 each EDHGF02V 4 each EDHGF04V 1 each EDHGF06
4. Provide crown moulding (Azek Imperial Rake Crown AZM-6937) near the top of all
corner pilasters as shown on the exterior elevations.
5. SPECIFICATION MODIFICATIONS:
The following modifications, amendments, deletions and additions shall be made to the Construction Specifications for the Sudbury Police Headquarters specifications and drawings (Contract Documents), added text is bolded (bold); omissions are italicized (italicized); words or sentences to be removed are struck out (struck out):
Section 02630 STORM DRAINAGE:
Amend Section 2.08 C, as follows:
C. All accessories needed to connect to StormTank System shall be as supplied by the manufacturer or approved by the StormTank System manufacturer for use with the system, except as noted below.
1. The Valve Box Cover for the Inspection Port shall be equal to: E. J. Group, Inc. ( formerly East Jordan Iron Works), 1125 Pearl Street, Brockton MA 2302 USA; Tel: (508) 586-3130; fax (508) 580-2740; email: [email protected]: Curb box assembly Model no. 1566Z/1566A, with 3/8” engraved or cast-in lettering “Storm”, heavy duty curb box and cover, made in North American, with a minimum of two (2) 3/8 x 16 x 1-1/2” F.H. socket cap screws or approved equal.

DRAWING CHANGES:
Sheet C-3.0: Replace the entire sheet with the enclosed drawing: C-3.0. The changes on the drawing are highlighted with revision clouds and include: ;
a. Revisions to all recharge areas to provide a minimum of 12” of crushed stone above the recharge modules. This revision also ensures that a minimum of six (6”) inches of top soil can be placed above all units.
b. The grading over Recharge Area 3 has been modified to accommodate the changes noted in item # 1, above.
c. The grading over Recharge Area 2 has spot grades added to accommodate the changes noted in item 1, above. A notation has been added to DMH J, “See Detail”. This detail has been added to Sheet C-3.2.
d. The new grading as over recharge area 3 has been added to this sheet.
Sheet C-3.2 Replace the entire sheet with the enclosed drawing: C-3.2. The changes on the drawing are highlighted with revision clouds and include: ; a. Recharge Area 3 Detail has been revised to indicate the top of stone
elevation, the location and requirement for connecting headers into the outlet structure and the extension limits of the headers into the modules.
b. The Inspection port detail has been revised and now includes the requirement for a Valve Box Cover. The detail has been completely changed.
c. A Detail for the connection of DMH J has been added to this sheet. d. The new grading as over recharge area 3 has been added to this sheet.
6. Trussbuilt Corporation is an acceptable supplier for security ceilings in detention. 7. “Florock” does not meet the requirements of the documents and is not an acceptable
epoxy flooring material.
8. Sweeper Metal Fabricators Corp. does not meet the requirements of the documents and is not an acceptable supplier for cell fronts and detention equipment.
9. Correction – Addendum #4, Item 5 – Corridor 1 is Room #202.
10. The following drawings are hereby included as part of the contract documents: SKA.10, SKA.11, C-3.0, C-3.2, and SKC.01
