Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature on the day that

you pick it up from the bakery. It keep well for up to 5 days after

purchase if properly cared for.Do not freeze them as this will

every morning, and we recommend that you enjoy them on the day that you purchase them. It keep well for

At SUCRÉ PÂTISSIER, we like to experiment withthe boundaries of what is possible. We specially handmade

all of our baked goods using the finest ingredients thatwe’ve selected and delicately handcrafted it by paying attention

to detail at every single stage in the making process to createthe best product.

Our pastry chef and founder were trained in the time-honored

techniques of the great French patissiers atthe Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney, Australia.
