• To have positive and productive collaboration amongst team members is crucial to achieve academic success. It requires the time and dedication by all members involved in the collaboration to get the most out of the sharing of ideas and working together. There are many components that are involved in the collaboration process for Learning Teams to successfully to complete tasks.

• How to respond to conflict and be able to have positive conflict resolution

• Help support one another but also be able to analyze and critique team members work to get the most out of the learning process.

• Most people want to feel good about what they are doing. Motivation for everyone is going to be different. Some may be intrinsic motivation, which comes from within the individual. Others may perform better with extrinsic motivation, which refers to motivation that comes from factors outside of the individual. No matter what motivation best suits you it is shown to play a big role in successful completion of tasks.
